A granulator device () for the treatment of powdered material, in particular pharmaceutical powdered material, comprises a substantially cylindrical container (), in which there is a chamber () for treatment of the powdered material using a fluid flow fed into the chamber (); filtering means () for filtering the inside of the chamber (), the filtering means () being located in the chamber () and comprising at least one filter () with a cylindrical metal mesh filtering wall (); and means (P) for cleaning the filtering means () which can be activated during maintenance operations, the cleaning means comprising at least one element () rotating about each filter () and supporting diffuser means () designed to diffuse a service fluid on the cylindrical wall () in order to eliminate any impurities trapped in the filter () wall (); the cleaning means (P) also comprise means () for temporarily opening at least one portion () of the filter () to allow the service fluid to flow out of the filter () together with the impurities.

Granulator device

A granulator device () for the treatment of powdered products comprises a closed container () forming a chamber () for treatment of the products, filter elements () projecting into the treatment chamber (), the filter elements comprising a multi-layer filtering wall () through which a fluid current can pass, and powder removing parts () designed to diffuse at least one service fluid directed towards at least the filtering wall (); the powder removing parts () having at least first diffuser nozzles () and at least second diffuser nozzles () to diffuse the service fluid so as to free the filtering wall () of the powders trapped in it; there also being parts () for supporting and driving the filter elements () which can change the angle of the filter elements () from a first operating position, in which at least the first nozzles () act on the filtering wall (), to a second operating position in which the filter elements () are set at an angle to the first operating position to allow the second diffuser nozzles () to operate on the filtering wall ().

Granulator device for the treatment of powdered products

The device for controlling the movement of skips in machines for granular or powder and liquid treatment machines is of a type where the skip is separable from an overlying treatment chamber, to which it is sealingly couplable and which skip is rotatably supported by a horizontal-axis pivot ( ) on a frame ( ) mobile on wheels ( ). The device comprises at least one hydraulic cylinder ( ) provided with a piston ( ) comprised between two chambers ( ), which cylinder ( ) bears a rotating organ ( ) coupled in rotation with the pivot ( ). The two chambers ( ) are interconnected with an interpositioning of at least one regulation valve ( ) which on command can regulate the flow of a hydraulic fluid in two directions and can also totally halt the flow.

Device for controlling movement of skips for treatment of granular or powder and liquid materials

A device for forming and coating solid particles comprises a rotating disc interiorly defining a process chamber and which can assume a rest position in which is interiorly closes the chamber and a working position in which it affords an annular passage through which a process gas is allowed to enter the chamber. A rotary hydraulic motor commands rotation of the disc; two hydraulic linear actuators perform vertical displacement of the disc. Both the motor and the actuators are located immediately below the disc. An especially advantageous use of the device is as a granulator or as a coater of granules.
