A compact geared reduction unit for application with transmission shaft subjected to radial loads, comprising a box-like body inside which a gear system is accommodated for the transmission of rotary motion from a driving shaft to a transmission shaft, which is provided with an output reduction stage of the epicyclic type; the output reduction stage comprises a driving sun gear which rotates about a main axis and a ring gear which is integrally associated with the box-like body, between which multiple planet gears are engaged which are supported in rotation about respective longitudinal axes which are parallel to the main axis by a transmission planet carrier, which in turn rotates about the main axis and is associated so as to be integral in rotation with the transmission shaft at a connection region. The reduction unit furthermore provides for rolling means adapted to support radial loads associated with the transmission shaft.

An epicyclic reduction unit for applications with an upward output, which comprises a casing for containing at least one first epicyclic reduction stage that is interposed between an input actuation unit and an output shaft that is arranged in an upper region, the first stage being composed of a driving sun gear that rotates about a main rotation axis that is vertical and a ring gear that is integral with the casing, between which a plurality of planet gears is engaged which are supported in rotation about their own longitudinal axis and about the rotation axis by a driven planet carrier, which in turn rotates about the rotation axis, means being provided for connecting by suspension at least the planet carrier of the first stage to the output shaft, the sun gear of the first stage resting on the input actuation unit, which actuates it in rotation about the rotation axis.

Epicyclic reduction unit for applications with an upward output

A transmission unit particularly for driving screw feeders and auxiliary user devices of mixing trucks, comprising an off-center distribution device, which can be associated with an external power take-off and forms couplings for the connection of auxiliary user devices; a reduction unit, which is functionally connected to the off-center distribution device and can be associated with the screw feeders of a mixing truck; and a main friction clutch device, which is interposed between the off-center distribution device and the reduction unit, a device for reversing the direction of rotation of the screw feeders and an auxiliary friction clutch device for the reversing device.
