Electromagnetic fuel injector for gaseous fuels comprising: an injection nozzle controlled by an injection valve; a movable shutter to regulate the flow of fuel through the injection valve; an electromagnetic actuator, which is suitable to move the shutter between a closed position and an open position of the injection valve and comprises a fixed magnetic pole, a coil suitable to induce a magnetic flux in the magnetic pole, and a movable anchor suitable to be magnetically attracted by the magnetic pole; an absorption element, which is made of an amagnetic elastic material and is arranged between the magnetic pole and the anchor; and a protective element, which is made of a magnetic metal material having high surface hardness and is interposed between the absorption element and the anchor.

A fuel injector for internal combustion engines provided with a fuel feeding channel, the feeding channel having an axis and an injection outlet; an injection valve to control the outlet; an injection valve having a shutter arranged inside the feeding channel to define, within the feeding channel, a first fuel introduction section, the shutter being movable from and to a closing position along the feeding channel, which has a second section; and an annular sealing seat arranged on the feeding channel upstream of the outlet; an elastic member for normally keeping the shutter in the closing position; an actuator mechanism connected to the shutter to displace the shutter itself from the closing position and to an opening position of the outlet; and a hydraulic resistance that is provided along the feeding channel upstream of the annular sealing seat to balance the forces acting upon the shutter.

An electromagnetic valve for the dosage of fuel in an internal combustion engine; the electromagnetic valve is provided with: a cylindrical tubular valve body; an obturator, which is arranged within the tubular valve body and is mobile between an open position and a closed position; and an electromagnetic actuator to shift the obturator and comprising a coil arranged outside the tubular valve body, a fixed magnetic pole is arranged within the tubular valve body, a mobile keeper arranged within the tubular valve body, mechanically connected to the obturator and is adapted to be magnetically attracted by the magnetic pole when the coil is excited, a tubular magnetic armature arranged outside the tubular valve body around the coil, and a magnetic washer having an annular shape arranged above the coil between the tubular valve body and the tubular magnetic armature to guide the closing of the magnetic flow around the coil.

A shut-off valve of the flow rate of a fuel pump for an internal combustion engine; the shut-off valve is provided with: a tubular cylindrical body, which is closed on top, displays a cylindrical seat, the lower portion of which performs the function of fuel pipe, and comprises a number of radial through holes to allow the introduction of fuel within the cylindrical seat; a lower plate, which is arranged within the tubular cylindrical body and underneath the radial holes and has a central through hole which defines an outlet opening of the fuel; and a cylindrical shutter, which is coupled to the lower plate and is mobile between an open position, in which the outlet opening is in communication with the radial holes, and a closed position, in which the outlet opening is isolated from the radial holes.

Shut-off valve for controlling the flow rate of a fuel pump for an internal combustion engine

The injector has a cylindrical body, which houses an injection nozzle regulated by an injection valve provided with a moveable pin, a fuel supply line, an injection chamber communicating with the supply line, housing a lower portion of the pin and delimited below by a valve seat of the injection valve, a control chamber communicating with the supply line and housing an upper portion of the pin, and a control valve, which is capable of putting the control chamber in communication with a drain for the low-pressure fuel and is controlled by an electromagnetic actuator provided with a pair of electromagnets identical with each other and arranged mechanically in series with each other so that their respective thrust forces are added together.

The injector has a cylindrical body, which houses an injection nozzle regulated by an injection valve provided with a moveable pin, a fuel supply channel, an injection chamber communicating with the fuel supply channel housing a lower portion of the pin and delimited at the bottom by a valve seat for the injection valve, a control chamber communicating with the fuel supply channel and housing an upper portion of the pin, and a control valve, which is of the poppet type and is actuated by an electromagnetic actuator in order to move between a closed position and an open position, in which it puts the control chamber in communication with a low-pressure fuel exhaust passage.
