Solenoid valve

The present invention relates to a solenoid valve. The end of valve, which points away from the magnet core towards the magnet armature, bears against an area of a valve tappet remote from the valve seat. The valve tappet is positioned so that it can be displaced in a bore of the magnet armature in order to adjust the preloading force of the spring.

A seat valve in a motor vehicle wheel slip control system includes a valve tappet acting as a valve closure member, where the valve tappet is movably guided and aligned with a valve seat member by a centering sleeve that guides the valve tappet. The centering sleeve is articulated at the valve seat member.

The present invention relates to an electromagnet valve including a valve housing in which a valve closure member is movably guided, a magnet armature fitted to the valve closure member and executing a stroke movement in the direction of a magnet core arranged in the valve housing in dependence on the electromagnetic excitation of a valve coil fitted on the valve housing, and a spring which, in the electromagnetically non-excited valve position, positions the magnet armature at a defined axial distance from the magnet core so that the magnet armature is separated from the magnet core by an interspace. In addition to spring, a spring element that has a non-linear, preferably progressive characteristic curve acts on the magnet armature, the said spring element counteracting the magnet force.

Electromagnet valve

The present invention relates to an electromagnet valve including a valve housing in which a valve closure member is movably guided, a magnet armature fitted to the valve closure member and executing a stroke movement in the direction of a magnet core arranged in the valve housing in dependence on the electromagnetic excitation of a valve coil fitted on the valve housing, and a spring which, in the electromagnetically non-excited valve position, positions the magnet armature at a defined axial distance from the magnet core so that the magnet armature is separated from the magnet core by an interspace. In addition to spring, a spring element is interposed between the end surface of the magnet armature and the end surface of the magnet core.

The present invention relates to an electromagnetic valve, including a housing base member for attachment in a valve accommodating member, with a valve sleeve in which a magnetic armature is guided being positioned on the housing base member, with a tappet interacting with the magnetic armature and having a valve closure member that faces a valve seat member, as well as with a yoke ring that encompasses a valve coil seated on the housing base member, wherein the housing base member, the valve sleeve, the magnetic armature, the tappet, and the yoke ring are designed as preassembled subassemblies, and the valve accommodating member includes a standard type of bore for the attachment of the housing base member, and for the final assembly of the valves, the subassemblies are joined in one single direction of assembly.

Electromagnetic valve

The present invention relates to an electromagnetic valve which includes a valve housing with a valve seat member and a valve closure member controlled by a magnet armature, a valve coil arranged close to the magnet armature and delimited by a yoke ring, and a housing portion which closes the valve housing and on which the magnet armature is supported. The valve housing, the housing portion closing the valve housing, the yoke ring and the magnet armature are made of a magnetic-flux conductive material, and the magnetic circuit between the yoke ring and the valve housing is closed by way of a ferromagnetic annular piece fitted to the valve housing and/or by way of a ferromagnetic accommodating member which carries the valve housing.

Electromagnetic valve and process for setting the stroke of an electromagnetic valve

A hydraulic automotive brake system with wheel slip control, includes a pressure medium source, to which a main pressure line is connected, which leads to a wheel brake, first and second pressure relief line segments connected to the wheel brake and leading to a supply reservoir, and having a pressure modulation valve arranged in it that either separates the supply reservoir from the wheel brake or connects it to the wheel brake, as well as a control orifice valve that is arranged in the main pressure line upstream of the first pressure relief line segment, actuated by changes in the hydraulic pressure. The brake system features a pressure chamber that actuates the control orifice valve and is provided with check valves, of which one of the check valves separates the pressure chamber from a pressure medium branch of the main pressure line arranged upstream of a control orifice, the other check valve connects the pressure chamber to the connection of the pressure relief line segment to the wheel brake, and whereby a final control element is guided in a sealed manner in the first pressure chamber and is exclusively exposed to pressure from the pressure medium source in the one direction of actuation of the control orifice valve, and in the other direction of actuation is exposed to the pressure change in the pressure chamber.
