An electrochemical system includes an electrochemical device having a stack of n solid oxide electrochemical cells, n being an integer greater than or equal to 1. The electrochemical system also includes at least n−1 interconnection plates which are interposed between the electrochemical cells, and means for supplying gas to the electrochemical cells and means for collecting gas produced by the electrochemical cells. The electrochemical system further includes means for electrically connecting the system to the outside. The electrochemical device also includes heating means integrated into the stack, said heating means comprising electrical conductors housed in the clamping plates.

The operation of the system includes: regulating the DH wet gas flow upstream of one of the chambers so as to ensure the electrochemical stability of the predetermined operating point; regulating the DO gas flow upstream of the at least one second chamber so as to ensure gas scavenging in the at least one second chamber, and in the enclosure; regulating the flow of second gas circulating in the enclosure, downstream of the enclosure, so as to ensure the detection of leaks and safety in relation thereto and to prevent the formation of an explosive atmosphere; and controlling the pressure, by means of the regulation valves arranged downstream of the stack, on the gases, including the wet gas, which are also generally hot.

Water electrolysis system (SOEC) or fuel cell (SOFC) operating under pressure in a tight enclosure with improved regulation

A device for converting a liquid into vapor, having an evaporation surface, a liquid inlet, a heater for heating the evaporation surface, a flow controller, a control unit configured to control a liquid flow rate injected into the liquid inlet, a chamber containing the evaporation surface, and a temperature sensor arranged on the evaporation surface. The control unit is configured to control a heating power of the heater according to a flow rate and to a temperature measured by the temperature sensor according to a predetermined control law. The predetermined control law varies, for each flow rate, non-linearly and inversely proportionally to the difference between a reference temperature of the chamber and the measured temperature.

A liquid-to-vapor conversion device includes a chamber having an opening connected to a liquid intake, a pressure relief opening, and a vapor outlet. The device also includes a flow controller arranged at the level of the liquid intake, and a burst disk installed at the level of the pressure relief opening.
