The present disclosure relates to processes for the manufacture of compositions containing amine fluorides and mixtures of these amine fluorides. Related compositions and methods of use are further disclosed.

Compositions and related methods

Disclosed are oral care compositions comprising a thickening silica and a fluoride ion source, wherein fluoride is absorbed on the thickening silica and wherein the pH of the composition is below 5.5, as well as to methods of using these compositions. The thickening silica may have a particle size distribution (D95) less than or equal to 7 μm and a BET surface area of greater than or equal to 150 m/g.
