Various embodiments disclosed relate to a sealed storage tank. The sealed storage tank includes a first polymeric layer. The sealed storage tank further includes a second polymeric layer continuously welded to the first polymeric layer to form the sealed storage tank. The sealed storage tank further includes an optional vent formed in the first polymeric layer or the second polymeric layer. The sealed storage tank can be configured to hold at least 13,000 liters of liquid.

Sealed storage tanks and methods of making the same

A pond system includes a single-piece drop-in flexible liner sized and shaped to partially suspend within a rigid sidewall, creating a cavity that may function as a liquid reservoir. The single-piece drop-in flexible liner includes a base portion surrounded by a sidewall portion configured to rest adjacent to an interior-facing surface of the rigid sidewall. The single-piece drop-in flexible liner further includes multiple tensioning tabs each with a fixed end attached to the base portion and a free end opposite the fixed end. Each of the multiple tensioning tabs is configured to extend under the rigid sidewall and radially outward from the base portion. The pond system further includes a means for securing the free end of each of the multiple tensioning tabs at a location external to the perimeter enclosed by the rigid sidewall.

A clip for securing one or more cover panels within a containment structure includes an annular portion partially-enclosing an internal space and two compressible legs adjoining opposite ends of the central portion. The clip further includes a clasp with first and second securing tabs configured to fixedly secure an object within the internal space and apply an outward force on the compressible legs.

A holding tank cover includes a gas permeable insulating membrane and a gas impermeable cover layer sized to overlay and conceal the gas permeable membrane. Together, the gas permeable membrane and the gas impermeable cover layer facilitate a controlled transmission of gas between an interior of the holding tank and an environment external to the holding tank.

In accordance with one implementation, a floating cover system includes a plurality of cover-tethering mounts mounted along the periphery of a holding tank. Each of the cover-tethering mounts includes a guide portion insertable through a cover-holding element that is attached along a periphery of a holding tank cover. When secured to the plurality of cover-tethering mounts, the holding tank cover can rise and fall within the holding tank responsive to volumetric changes in the liquid and/or gas contained in the holding tank.
