The present disclosure relates to the area of telecommunication, and in particular to methods for reporting network dysfunction in a wireless communication network (). According to a first aspect of embodiments herein it is provided a method, for use in a wireless communication device (), for reporting network dysfunction. A method for monitoring wireless data communication by a user equipment connected to a wireless data network is disclosed. The method, which is performed by the user equipment, comprises the a) receiving at least one signal, wherein the at least one signal comprises at least one characteristic of a wake-up signal, b) determining whether the at least one signal is a wake-up signal or a false alarm wake-up signal, and c) reporting, based on said determining, information on the at least one signal to the wireless data network.

Methods and devices for communication based on image recognition in a wireless communication system

A method is disclosed for facilitating service usage by a wireless terminal. The method is implemented by a Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacon. The BLE beacon obtains service information describing a service available via a non-BLE wireless connection to a wireless access point. The BLE beacon also obtains connectivity information for establishing the non-BLE wireless connection, for utilizing the service via the non-BLE wireless connection, or both. The BLE beacon periodically broadcasts the service information and connectivity information via BLE transmissions to a wireless terminal that lacks the non-BLE connection. A corresponding BLE beacon operative to implement the method is also disclosed.
