The invention relates to an injection device comprising a housing, a container holder arranged within said housing, the container holder being configured for accommodating a medicament container having a needle attached to one end thereof and a stopper sealingly and slidable arranged inside the medicament container at the other end thereof, a drive unit comprising a plunger rod and plunger drive means, the plunger drive means being slidable arranged in relation to the plunger rod, being rotationally locked to the plunger rod and being rotatable in relation to the housing, said drive unit further comprising a first energy accumulating member arranged in the interior of the housing of the injection device and adapted to accumulate and store energy, wherein said plunger drive means is operationally associated with said first energy accumulating member, wherein the plunger drive means is releasable such that due to an output torque from said first energy accumulating member, the plunger drive means are allowed to be rotated and the plunger rod is urged towards the proximal end of the injection device whereby an injection is performed, and a rotary injection indication mechanism configured for indicating to the user the progress of the injection, wherein the rotary injection indication mechanism comprises a signalling member and a drive mechanism for rotationally driving said signalling member, said signalling member being coupled to said drive mechanism, said drive mechanism being coupled to said plunger drive means at the distal end of said plunger drive means, said rotary injection indication mechanism being arranged such that the progress of injection is shown through at least one opening provided at least in a distal end surface of the housing.

Injection device

The present invention relates to a medicament delivery device comprising a housing (), capable of containing a medicament container (), a plunger rod () and a drive member () arranged to said plunger rod and capable of acting on said plunger rod () for moving it in the proximal direction of the device for expelling a dose of medicament from said medicament container (), a dose and drive setting mechanism () comprising a dose setting member () operably connected to a force member () such that setting of a dose causes said force member () to be energized. The intermediate member () is configured to interact with a dose setting sleeve () through a first unidirectional connection (), configured to interact with said drive member () through a second unidirectional connection (), and configured to interact with a dose drive sleeve () through a third connection ().

Medicament delivery device with dose re-setting

A medicament delivery device has a housing for a medicament container and a drive unit for a stopper in the container to expel a dose of medicament, the drive unit having a plunger rod and a dual back-to-back force spring assembly connected to the plunger rod; and a lock and release mechanism connected to the drive unit that has a hold member connected to the plunger rod, a rotator member connected to the hold member, and a tubular actuation member linearly slidable in relation to the housing and connected to the rotator member. The hold member is attached to the housing and has a generally tubular lock tube through which the plunger rod extends and two half-cylindrical seats for the dual back-to-back force spring assembly. The lock tube has a resilient lock and release device to interact with both the plunger rod and the rotator member.

Medicament delivery device

The invention relates to an injection device comprising a housing, a container holder arranged within said housing, the container holder being configured for accommodating a medicament container having a needle attached to one end thereof and a stopper sealingly and slidable arranged inside the medicament container at the other end thereof, a plunger rod being arranged with a proximal end thereof contactable with said stopper, a first and a second energy accumulating member arranged in the interior of the housing of the injection device and adapted to accumulate and store energy, plunger drive means being slidable arranged in relation to the plunger rod, being rotationally locked to the plunger rod and being rotatable in relation to the housing, the plunger drive means being operationally associated with the first energy accumulating member, a container driver arranged for being connectable to the container holder and threadedly connected to the plunger rod, the container driver being operationally associated with the second energy accumulating member such that due to an output axial force from the second energy accumulating member, the container holder and the plunger rod are axially moveable in relation to the housing a predetermined distance towards the proximal end of the injection device from an initial locked position to a second position whereby a needle penetration is performed, wherein the plunger drive means are locked from being rotated by the container driver, and wherein the plunger drive means are released such that due to an output torque from said first energy accumulating member, the plunger drive means are allowed to be rotated and the plunger rod is urged towards the proximal end of the injection device whereby an injection is performed.

The present invention relates to a device for the delivery of predetermined doses of liquid medicament to a patient, which medicament is intended to be inhaled by the patient or intended to be injected into the body of the patient. The device is adapted to be in a medicament delivery state and in a medicament non-delivery state. When the device is in a medicament delivery state, said device is adapted to drive a piston into a cartridge containing the liquid medicament to be delivered, with a force that is above or equal to a predetermined minimum force value and below a predetermined maximum force value. The minimum force value is the lowest force value needed to deliver the predetermined dose and the maximum force value is the first force value at which it exists a risk of damaging the cartridge or the components of the device.

Device for delivering medicament

The present invention relates to a device for the delivery of predetermined doses of liquid medicament to a patient, which medicament is intended to be inhaled by the patient or intended to be injected into the body of the patient. The device is adapted to be in a medicament delivery state and in a medicament non-delivery state. When the device is in a medicament delivery state, said device is adapted to drive a piston into a cartridge containing the liquid medicament to be delivered, with a force that is above or equal to a predetermined minimum force value and below a predetermined maximum force value. The present invention relates to a device for expelling a predetermined quantity of medicament comprising driving means comprising an energy-accumulating member, a nut, and a driver for driving a pressure means; and activation means for activating said driving means wherein said pressure means comprises a movable wall part arranged inside a 2 container and a threaded plunger rod arranged to interact with said driving means for pushing said movable wall part forwardly, and wherein said activation means comprises a manually operated push button arranged on the front end of the device for promoting an ergonomic handling of the device and wherein said activation means are capable of interacting with said driving means in a stepwise mode; such that each time said push button is depressed said pressure means moves an step exerting pressure on the medicament inside the container and expelling a predetermined quantity of the medicament through the opening.

The present invention relates to a device for delivering medicament, comprising a container () arranged to contain medicament, which container further comprises an opening arranged to expel medicament from the container, pressure means () arranged to exert pressure on the medicament inside the container () for expelling a certain predetermined quantity of the medicament through the opening, driving means () for driving said pressure means (), and activation means () for activating said driving means () wherein said device comprises pressure release means () which are adapted, arranged and designed such that, when the predetermined dose has been expelled through the opening, the pressure on the medicament is released.

Device for delivering medicament encompassing a pressure release mechanism

An injection device having an elongated body, including a container with medicament, elements for connecting a needle to the container, actuating elements capable of injecting a dose of medicament upon activation, activating elements capable of activating the actuating elements, a needle shield arranged to the body and slidable between an extended and a retracted position in relation to the body. The needle shield is designed and arranged such that, upon penetration of the needle into a patient, when moved to its retracted position, acts on the activating elements, which in turn activates the actuating elements and injects a dose.

Injecting device

A microwave switch having a switch housing with side walls in which waveguide connections are arranged; a switch rotor rotatably arranged in the switch housing; a drive means arranged on the switch housing with a shaft for providing a moment for rotating the switch rotor; and a transmission arrangement arranged to transmit the moment of the drive means to the switch rotor. The transmission arrangement has a first link with a radially extended slot, and a second link fixed to the shaft and fitted with a guide member arranged to be slidably moved in the slot. Further provided is a first stop member fixedly connected to the switch rotor and arranged, in the respective switch position, to engage with a second stop member fixedly connected to the switch housing; and a means arranged to apply a torque to the switch rotor in order to press the stop members against each other.
