The present disclosure deals with a gas cleaning system () for cleaning process flue gas. The gas cleaning system () comprises a reactor inlet duct () having a longitudinal axis and a reactor duct () fluidly connected perpendicularly to the reactor inlet duct and positioned downstream from the reactor inlet duct. The reactor duct likewise has a longitudinal axis. Within the reactor duct is a gas cleaning device (), such as a catalytic reactor, and a gas flow rectifier () for rectifying flue gas flow from the reactor inlet duct () into the reactor duct (). The gas flow rectifier is arranged in the reactor duct upstream of the gas cleaning device (), wherein the gas flow rectifier () comprises at least one expanded screen ().

The invention relates to a fabric filter system, having a first fabric filtering device in the form of elongated tubular fabric bag; a first gas tank for providing compressed gas; a first pulsing gas duct fluidly connected between the first fabric filtering device and the first gas tank through a first pulsing valve for cleaning the first fabric filtering device. The fabric filter system further includes a second gas tank for providing compressed gas. The second gas tank is fluidly connected with the first gas tank through a control valve. The first pulsing valve is opened to introduce the compressed gas into the first filtering device for cleaning when the control valve remains open. The control valve is closed after a predetermined time. A method for cleaning the fabric filter system is disclosed.

The filter includes: a structure with a C-shaped profile defining side walls and nozzle pipes, each connected to the structure. Each nozzle pipe has a longitudinal axis and an end; a plate connected over a border of the nozzle pipe end to close the nozzle pipe. The plate extends beyond the border. The end of the nozzle pipe is inserted between the side walls of the C-shaped profile. The plate is connected between the side walls of the C-shaped profile. A U-shaped pin defines a first and a second leg, wherein the first leg is inserted in holes of the side walls of the C-shaped profile. The first and the second leg rest on the nozzle pipe and embracing the nozzle pipe. The plate is at an angle (A) greater than 0&#xb0; with a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle pipe. The second leg has a protrusion that rests against the plate.

The present disclosure relates to a fabric filter system, which may be used for removing particulate matter from a gas, such as a combustion process gas. The filter system includes a fabric filter () which is placed in a filter compartment. From the filter, gas flows via a filter plenary space () to an outlet duct (), where the gas exits. A flow control device controls the amount of air exiting through the outlet duct. The flow control device comprises a louver-type damper (). This provides reliable and efficient control of the gas flow. A collar (), connecting the plenary space () with the outlet duct (), improves the gas flow into the duct.
