Systems, devices and automated processes are provided for prolonging backup battery power for RF radio operations at a base station, including a radio controller configured to control routing of power from the backup battery; a detection unit for determining whether a source of commercial power is about to or has failed; a control unit located remotely to communicate with an RF radio controller, a server, and router to change a setting of a required level to reduce the power to the cell; a feedback mechanism responsive to the loss of power to crop the input power; an output control unit to reduce the output power from the RF radio; and a battery controller configured to reduce the draw on the UPS since input power requirement are dropped.

Method and system for power management based on full RF conditions

A technique is described for converting a variety of video streams from transmission sources into a single designated video stream on a client device. As an example, a converter device may receive video streams from multiple transmission sources and select the video stream to convert and output on a client device based on the signal quality. In some examples, the converter device may switch between transmission sources. The converter device may measure the time offset between the video streams of the transmission sources and buffer one of the video streams to align the timing of the video streams, so the user does not detect a timing delay while viewing the video content.

Multi-mode conversion of multiple video streams

Various cellular plate assemblies are described. A plate may be present having a first side and a second side. Port connectors can be arranged on the first side of the radio plate. Each port connector is configured to be connected with a different port of a cellular radio or cellular antenna system. Cable ports can arranged on the second side of the radio plate. Each cable port can be connected with a corresponding radio port connector of the plurality of radio port connectors. Further, each cable port is keyed differently such that only a particular keyed cable assembly can be mated with the cable port.

Cellular base station keyed cable connectors

Various cellular base station ground component mounting systems are presented herein. Such a system can include a cellular component cabinet configured to house a plurality of components of a cellular base station. The cellular component cabinet can define cabinet mounting holes. Such a system can include a support structure that defines mounting holes that correspond to the cabinet mounting holes of the cellular component cabinet. The system can include a stabilization structure that defines earth anchor mounting holes configured to receive earth anchors to anchor the mounting platform to the ground.

Cellular base station ground component mounting system

Various cellular tower plate connection systems are detailed herein. Such systems can include an antenna plate assembly. This assembly can include an antenna plate and antenna port connectors attached to a first side of the antenna plate. Cable connectors may be present that are attached to a second side of the antenna plate opposite the first side of the antenna plate. The assembly can include a first attachment mechanism that secures antenna port connectors to antenna ports of an antenna system. The antenna port connectors may be arranged on the first side of the antenna plate such that the antenna port connectors mate with the antenna ports of the antenna system in a single possible orientation.

Various arrangements of a connection system are presented. The system can include radio cable ports. Each radio cable port may be communicatively connected with a different antenna of an antenna system. Each radio cable port may be keyed different such that only a particular keyed cable assembly can be mated with the radio cable port. The system can also include antenna cable ports. Each antenna cable port can be configured to be communicatively connected with a different radio of a radio system. Each antenna cable port may be keyed different such that only a particular keyed cable assembly can be mated with the antenna cable port. Each radio cable port is keyed in a same pattern as an antenna cable port with which the radio cable port is intended to be communicatively connected.

Systems, methods, and processor-readable media are provided for content distribution for a multi-channel content distribution system. A content item may be received by a video handling system. The content item may include video data, the content item corresponding to media for delivery to a television receivers via channel components. A metric of the content item may be detected as a function of time. Viewership data received from data sources may be processed, the viewership data indicative of one or more characteristics of viewers. The viewership data may be mapped to the content item. The content item may be qualified based on the viewership data to yield a qualification result for the content item. An encoding parameter to encode the content item may be determined based on the metric and the qualification result. Encoding of the content item may be specified in accordance with the encoding parameter.

Viewership-balanced video multiplexing

The disclosed technique includes identity verification implanted via a blockchain. An identity system utilizes a key library to store private keys and a smart contract functionality to facilitate verification with third-party users. The identity system generates a public key based on the private key where the public key is stored on a blockchain. The public key stored on the blockchain can be retrieved by a third-party user via the smart contract functionality to authenticate a user on the blockchain.
