The current embodiments include systems and techniques for sharing information between vendors where the information is siloed due organizational constraints. Vendors that provide services for one entity of an organization may be unknown to another entity within the same organization. The systems and techniques provided herein facilitate sharing of this information of the vendor across various entities in the organization.

Systems and methods for sharing vendor information across entities in the workplace

Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems and methods for managing group information such as electronic mail (i.e., email) communications, text message communications (e.g., including instant messaging), calendar entries, contact information, and so forth, to improve communication effectiveness between members of a group (e.g., a group of an organization, such as a company, school, and so forth). For example, the embodiments described herein include prioritizing certain subsets of group information management data associated with a particular member of the group, to provide certain subsets of group information management data associated with the particular member of the group during a time period that is determined based at least in part on prior activity (e.g., prior usage habits) of the particular member, and to recommend suggested time periods to interact with the particular member of the group to other members of the group based at least in part on the prior activity.

A dual wearable smart device system and a method of using the dual wearable smart device system for authenticating an electronic financial transaction are described. In one embodiment, a method for approving an electronic financial transaction using at least two wearable smart devices includes providing a first wearable smart device that is designated as a payment device for conducting electronic financial transactions. The method also includes providing a second wearable smart device that is designated as a confirmation device for confirming the electronic financial transactions by the first wearable smart device. The method includes initiating, by the first wearable smart device, an electronic financial transaction, and, approving, by the second wearable smart device, the electronic financial transaction initiated by the first wearable smart device. The method further includes authenticating the first wearable smart device to complete the electronic financial transaction.

Dual wearable device method and system for authenticating financial transactions

A method and system for a one-time authentication interaction to conduct electronic financial transactions using a wearable smart ring device is described. In one embodiment, a method includes detecting, by a mobile device, that a wearable smart ring device is being worn by a user. The method also includes receiving, by the mobile device, authentication information associated with the user, and comparing the received authentication information with stored authentication information associated with the user. Upon determining that the received authentication information matches the stored authentication information, the wearable smart ring device is authorized to conduct electronic financial transactions. Additionally, the wearable smart ring device remains authorized to conduct electronic financial transactions as long as it is worn by the user. Once removed from the user's finger, the wearable smart ring device is de-authorized.

Embodiments described herein disclose methods and systems for providing selective data access to representatives. In some embodiments, the system can monitor a call between a user and a representative regarding a subject matter. The user can have an associated profile with data, and the data can be locked such that the representative cannot access the data. During the conversation between the representative and the user, the system can continuously convert both parties' speech into text. The system can determine an intent of the call based on the text and unlock a portion of the data about the user based on the determined intent of the call. Only the unlocked portion of the data is displayed to the representative.
