A quick coupler assembly includes a male and a female coupler connected end to end. The male coupler includes a seat having a core pipe; and a sliding sleeve and a sleeve sequentially fitted around the core pipe. The female coupler includes a pipe member externally provided with a pipe sealing ring and internally provided with a movable valve head. The pipe member pushes the sliding sleeve backward when being connected to the sleeve of the male coupler, so that the pipe sealing ring and a sealing ring on the sliding sleeve form an outer side first seal mechanism in the sleeve of the male coupler. Meanwhile, the backward moved sliding sleeve allows a front end of the core pipe to enter into the pipe member, such that a front and a rear sealing ring on the core pipe form an inner side second seal mechanism in the sliding sleeve.

Quick coupler assembly

A pipe coupling structure for fluid includes a first and a second coupler connected end-to-end. The first coupler internally defines a shaft moving space having a diameter gradually increased axially inward from a through hole thereof, which is elastically closed by a first shaft supporting base. The second coupler internally defines a valve moving space for receiving a movable valve, which has a second through hole elastically closed by a second shaft head section. When the first coupler is pushed against the movable valve, the second shaft head section is projected forward from the through hole on the movable valve to pushes the first shaft supporting base backward to open the shaft moving space, so that the first and second couplers are internally fluidly communicable with each other. Since the shaft moving space has a gradually increased diameter, a fluid can flow therethrough at the same flowing speed.

A floating joint and retainer connection device with pressure relief structure includes a hollow fixed retainer; an adaptor joint having an engaging end and a fitting end extended through the fixed retainer to an outer side thereof, and a buffering section located between the engaging and fitting ends; a slidable washer and a fixing element fitted on an outer surface of the fitting end to limit the adaptor joint from moving axially relative to the fixed retainer; an elastic element located between the fixed retainer and the slidable washer; a slidable spacer having an axially protruded section formed on one side; and a spring fitted around the buffering section with two ends pressed against another side of the abutting spacer and a shoulder portion on the adaptor joint. With the above pressure relief structure, the adaptor joint can stay at any radially displaced position relative to the fixed retainer.

A hinge connectable with two housing parts to allow opening and closing thereof includes a mounting seat, two rotary units and two lateral support plates. The mounting seat has two first arcuate slots at two sides of a central line. The rotary units are connected with the mounting seat at the two sides of the central line for mounting the housing parts, and shiftable between an unfolded state and a folded state. Each rotary unit includes a linking member, a rail sliding block, a rotating bracket and an interposed sliding member interposed between the rail sliding block and the rotating bracket. The sliding of the rail sliding block relative to the rotating bracket can be steady and firm without the need to elongate the inclined rails of the rail sliding block and the rotating bracket, which renders the hinge more compact and slim.

Hinge

A hinge includes two guide frames spaced apart from each other in a front-rear direction, a transmitting assembly interposed between the guide frames, a frictional torque generating assembly having two opposite thrust plates, and two rotary brackets disposed opposite to each other. Each rotary bracket includes an arcuate pivot portion pivotably connected with the respective guide frame, an actuating portion coupled with the transmitting assembly to actuate the transmitting assembly, and a frictional surface in frictional contact with the respective thrust plate to bring synchronous rotations of the arcuate pivot portion, the actuating portion and the frictional surface, and to make synchronous and opposite rotations of the rotary brackets.

A pipe coupler includes a tubular member internally defining a tubular passage communicable with a front opening and a rear pipe connector thereof; a valve head movably set in the tubular passage for openably sealing the front opening; a retaining ring fitted in the tubular passage adjacent to the rear pipe connector and including a hollow cylindrical section; and a return spring set in the tubular passage between the valve head and the retaining ring. The cylindrical section of the retaining ring has two circumferentially opposite free ends defining an elastically compressible gap between them, and an outer contact surface corresponding to an inner side of the tubular member. The tubular member is internally provided near the rear pipe connector with an annular groove, and the contact surface is provided with a round flange engaged with the annular groove to hold the retaining ring in place in the tubular member.

A push type locking structure for pipe couplers includes a coupling pipe externally provided with a recess having a pair of pipe pivotal holes formed on two side walls thereof and having a radially penetrated receiving hole formed at a first end thereof to communicate with a passage defined in the coupling pipe; a push member including a pair of first pivotal connection sections and a second pivotal connection section; a hollow push retaining member received in the receiving hole on the coupling pipe; and a spring disposed between the recess and the push member. The push member is pivotally connected to the push retaining member and the coupling pipe by two shafts extending through the first and the second pivotal connection section. When the push member is pushed downward, the push retaining member is moved upward radially to unlock a pipe from the coupling pipe to move axially.

Push type locking structure for pipe couplers

A pipe coupler with locking structure includes male and female parts connected end-to-end. The male part includes a male coupler body provided with at least one groove, a spring fitted on the male coupler body with an end fixed thereto, and a sleeve enclosing the male coupler body and the spring therein with another end of the spring fixed thereto. A retaining member is connected at an end to the sleeve with a protruded element provided on a free end thereof to movably engage with to or disengage from the groove on the male coupler body. The female part includes a female coupler body externally provided with at least one slantly extended guiding groove. When the sleeve is rotated, the protruded element is moved in the guiding groove to a closed tail end thereof and the spring is stretched forward to elastically pull the male and female coupler bodies together.

Pipe coupler with locking structure

A hinge is connectable with two housing shells for permitting relative opening and closing of the housing shells, and includes a fixed seat, at least two rotating units, two lateral support plates and a center support plate. The rotating units are disposed at two sides of a centerline of the fixed seat and are connectable with the housing shells. The rotating units are shiftable between an open state and a closed state. Each rotating unit includes a linking member arcuately slidable on the fixed seat. The lateral support plates are mounted on the linking members, and have central notches. The center support plate is movably disposed on the fixed seat and is moved with the rotating units. In the open state, the center support plate is disposed in the central notches. In the closed state, the center support plate abuts against the fixed seat.

A hinge includes a stationary seat and two rotating units. Each rotating unit includes a linkage module that has an extension body that has a arcuate slide rail, a rotating bracket module that is rotatable and that has a fixing pin, and a sliding module that includes a connecting frame, a positioning pin, and a linkage member. The connecting frame has a curved groove that engages the arcuate slide rail such that movement of the rotating units between an opened and a closed state results in movement between the arcuate slide rail and the curved groove. The linkage member has a through hole, and an elongated slot which the fixing pin passes through to connect the rotating bracket module such that movement of the rotating units between the opened and closed states results in movement between the fixing pin and the elongated slot.

A hinge is connectable with two housing shells for permitting relative folding and unfolding of the housing shells, and includes a fixed seat, at least two rotating units, two lateral support plates and at least one synchronous driving unit. The rotating units are shiftable between an open state and a closed state. Each rotating unit includes a linking member fittingly and arcuately slidable on the fixed seat, a sliding member fittingly and arcuately slidable on the linking member, and a rotary bracket pivotably mounted on the fixed seat and inclinedly slidable on the sliding member. The lateral support plates are respectively mounted on the linking members. The synchronous driving unit includes two inboard pinions and two outboard pinions arranged laterally to mesh with bracket toothed portions of the rotary brackets to make synchronous rotation of the rotary brackets in opposite rotational directions.

A hinge synchronization module includes a base unit, and two hinge units. The two hinge units are connected to the base unit, and each of the hinge units has a gear member, a rotating platform, and a connecting member. The gear members of the hinge units mesh with each other. The rotating platform of each hinge unit has a platform body pivotable relative to the base unit. The connecting member of each hinge unit has a gear part mashing with the gear member of the hinge unit, and a slide hole. A slidable rod of the rotating platform of each hinge unit is disposed in and slidable along the slide hole of the connecting member of the hinge unit.

Hinge synchronization module

A foldable display device includes a hinge, a housing shell unit and a display unit. The housing shell unit includes two housing shells connected with left and right sides of the hinge, two support plates respectively disposed on the housing shells, and a plurality of pairs of display rails defined between the housing shells and the support plates. Each housing shell has a base shell wall connected with the hinge. Each display rail has a rail groove. The display unit is securely disposed to the hinge, and is movably engaged in the rail grooves. The hinge is rotatable between an unfolded position and an outfolding position. During rotation of the hinge, the display unit is moved along the rail grooves.

Foldable display device

A hinge includes two rotatable axle units each having two hinge shafts, two synchronizing units each disposed to make synchronous rotations of the hinge shafts, two movable bracket units each having a turnable base plate, two rotary blocks non-rotatably sleeved on the hinge shafts, and two movable plates movable relative to the rotary blocks, and two guiding bracket units, each having male and female arms respectively connected with two movable plates, and a plurality of guiding connecting members interposed between the arms. Each guiding connecting member has a protrusion and a sliding groove, and is angularly movable with the rotations of the hinge shafts. Removal of the protrusion from the sliding groove of an adjacent guiding connecting member is prevented by means of engagement of an abutting portion of the protrusion with an abutted block in the groove.

Hinge with double synchronously rotatable axles

A hinge includes two rotatable axle units disposed on a base seat and each having two rotatable hinge shafts, two movable bracket units each including a base plate, two rotary blocks non-rotatably sleeved on the hinge shafts, and two movable plates movable relative to the rotary blocks, and two synchronizing units for making synchronous rotations of the hinge shafts. Each synchronizing unit includes a first gear member having two end surfaces in form of bevel gears, and two second gear members each meshing with the respective end surface and fitted to the respective rotary block. Rotations of the hinge shafts at one side of the base seat result in rotations of the rotary blocks and the second gear members, and bring in rotations of the second gear members, the rotary blocks and the hinge shafts at the other side to make the synchronous rotations.
