A suspension aligning machine includes a bottom board, an intermediate board, a top board, actuation modules, a jig, and a control device. The intermediate board is mounted on a top of the bottom board by first supporting elements and has through holes. The top board is arranged above the intermediate board with supporting elements provided therebetween to have the top board floating and suspending above the intermediate board. The actuation modules are mounted under the top board and respectively extend through the through holes of the intermediate board and form a gap with respect to the bottom board. The operation of the actuation modules causes the top board to vibrate and incline and workpieces deposited in the jig mounted on the top board are caused to move in the jig and fall into the cavities of the jig to line up with each other and thus orderly arranged.

Suspension aligning machine

A system for sensing element adjustment and material belt detection comprises a machine body, adjustable clamping device, material disk and sensing system. The adjustable clamping device being configured on a material belt of said machine body, an adjustable plate being configured on an adjusting element of a main body of the adjustable clamping device, and an adjustable rod being configured on the adjustable plate allow forming a triangle pivot support with two fixing rods of the main body. Furthermore, an elastic element is configured between the adjustable plate and main body to allow the adjustable plate to drive the adjustable rod to achieve an elastic adjustment support in such a way to allow the mounting of the material disks of different hole diameters through the adjustable rod. Furthermore, a material belt detection device of the present invention may detect the material belt stably and effectively.

System for sensing element adjustment and material belt detection

A length adjustable arm and MEMS position detection equipment rotation test apparatus includes an extendible section and first and second rotary bodies provided at one end of a rotation device for variation of a feeding position of a first feeding component so that feeding component is capable of conducting various feeding ways. Further, a worktable is provided thereon with at least one rotation section, which has a surface on which a plurality of operation stations is mounted. As such, through circular change made by the rotation section in respect of the locations of the operation stations, an effect of effectively and efficiently burning or testing can be achieved. Further, the operation stations are provided, on a periphery thereof, with a turning section, and the turning section is operable to turn each of the operation stations in order to effectively conduct tests for various MEMS inertial components.

Length adjustable arm and MEMS position detection equipment rotation test apparatus

An automatic staged object feeding and discharging system includes a table, feeding device, staged feeding and discharging device and robotic arm; the staged feeding and discharging device has a feeder and distributing device in such a way to adjust a feeding and discharging angle of the distributer in a two-stage manner upon object feeding and discharging, allowing the robotic arm to grip material pieces conveniently, thereby decreasing the cost and increasing the processing speed.

Automatic staged object feeding and discharging system

Disclosed is drum-type IC burn-in and test equipment including burn-in equipment. The burn-in equipment includes therein a first working platform, a second working platform, a drum-type burn-in device, and a parts pickup device. The first working platform includes a first parts disposition section and a parts feeding device. The second working platform includes a parts transferring device. The drum-type burn-in device is rotatably mounted between the first and second working platforms and includes multiple planar sections circumferentially mounted thereto with each planar section having at least one burner mounted thereon. This arrangement allows a parts feeding device to sequentially dispose unburned ICs and a parts transferring device to sequentially pick up completely-burned ICs. As such, the drum-type burn-in device helps increase the number of ICs disposed and also helps improve the throughput and increase the manufacturing speed.

Drum-type IC burn-in and test equipment

An IC recording device includes a material feeding portion, a material receiving portion, a recording portion and a transferring portion. The material feeding portion serves to suck ICs by vacuum technology to take ICs from a transfer belt and place them upon the material receiving portion. The material receiving portion can correct the positions of the ICs. The inner side of a seat of the material receiving portion has an inclined surface for guiding the ICs. The seat can rotate the IC to a correct direction according to the transferring angle of the IC in the feeding process. One of two ends of the material feeding portion has a suction opening for transferring the IC from the material receiving portion to a burner and the suction opening at another end serves to take out a recorded IC and place the IC on a transfer belt.
