A color wheel including a motor body, a housing, a spacer and a color filter. In this case, the housing is set to a side of the central axis of the motor body. The spacer is placed over the housing. The color filter is set on one side of the spacer, which is opposite the housing, so that there is a recess between the color filter and the housing.

A coating method for a color filter, including the steps of: coating a first photoresist layer on a substrate; forming at least a aligning pattern and a first color film pattern on the first photoresist layer by exposure and development; coating a first dye on the aligning pattern and the first color film pattern; stripping the first photoresist layer; coating a second photoresist layer on the substrate, wherein the aligning pattern and the first color film pattern are formed on the substrate; aligning position by using the aligning pattern of the substrate; forming a second color film pattern on the second photoresist layer by exposure and development; coating a second dye on the second color film pattern; and stripping the second photoresist layer. Aligning-assembling method for color wheel

A projection system includes a light source, an image unit, a projection unit, a light-reflection unit and a screen. The light source emits a light beam. The image unit receives the light beam from the light source and forms an image light. The projection unit is disposed on the route of the image light. The projection unit receives the image light from the image unit and projects it out. The light-reflection unit disposed on the route of the image light has a reflecting layer and at least one light-pervious reflecting layer, and receives the image light from the projection unit. The light-pervious reflecting layer reflects the received image light to form a first image light. The reflecting layer reflects the received image light to form a second image light. The screen is disposed on the route of the first image light and the second image light. The first image light is projected on the screen to form a first image. The second image light is projected on the screen to form a second image. There is a displacement between the first and the second images.

Coating method for a color filter and aligning-assembling method by using the same

A color wheel including a color filter, a motor, and a fixing element. The motor has a housing and a motor body, and the housing is set to a side of a central axis of the motor body. The color filter is set on the housing of the motor. The motor body is fixed on the fixing element. A holder is formed on the fixing element, and the holder outwardly extends from the fixing element. In addition, the invention also provides a color wheel further including an auxiliary fixing element, which is set on the fixing element and has an outwardly extending holder.

A method for coating a film with more than two thicknesses in different sections of the film. A substrate is set on a turntable that spins regularly. A mask is set close to the substrate and a film is coated on the substrate by a coating source. The shape of the mask depends on the thickness of the film. The coating source is set opposite the turntable and the mask is set between the coating source and the turntable.

The vibrating damping element is set on the housing of the motor. The color filter is set on the housing of the motor, so that the vibrating damping element is positioned between the motor and the color filter. In addition, two other color wheels are provided.
