A display device is provided. The display device includes a device housing, a knob, a restriction unit and a screen panel. The knob is rotatably connected to the device housing, wherein the knob comprises a latch and a plurality of teeth, the knob is adapted to be rotated between a first knob location and a second knob location, and when the knob is in the first knob location, the latch protrudes from the device housing, and when the knob is in the second knob location, the latch is received in the device housing. The restriction unit is disposed in the device housing, wherein the restriction unit is adapted to be connected to one of the teeth to restrict the knob. The screen panel is detachably connected to the device housing. The display device can be easily detached from a display system.

Display system, display device and display connection module thereof

A three-dimensional printing method for a three-dimensional printing system including a tank, a platform, an injection module, a warning module, a curing module, and a control module is provided. The control module is electrically connected to the curing module, the injection module, and the warning module. The method includes: analyzing a required amount of the liquid forming material corresponding to a three-dimensional object; obtaining a safe amount of the liquid forming material in the tank; and comparing the required amount and the safe amount, wherein the control module provides a response signal to the injection or warning module when the safe amount is less than the required amount. The injection module receives the response signal to inject the liquid forming material to the tank. The warning module receives the response signal to remind a user to provide the liquid forming material to the tank.

Three-dimensional printing method

A three-dimensional printing device including a body, a tank, an origin target, a sensor, and a control module is provided. The tank is rotatably assembled on the body, and the tank is filled with a liquid forming material. The origin target is disposed on the tank and rotates along with the tank. The sensor is disposed on the body and located above the liquid forming material to sense a liquid level of the liquid forming material. The control module electrically connects the tank and the sensor and drives the tank to rotate. The sensor is located above a rotation path of the origin target, and the control module senses the origin target through the sensor and positions a rotation origin of the tank.

Three-dimensional printing device

A stereo lithography apparatus includes a base, a lifting rail, a slider, a forming pedestal, a nut assembly and a screw rod. The lifting rail is arranged upright on the base. The slider is arranged on the lifting rail and allowed to move along the lifting rail. A position hole and at least an adjusting groove are defined on the forming pedestal. The nut assembly is connected with the slider by multiple screw bolts, one of the screw bolts is inserted through the position hole and connected with the slider, each of the other screw bolts is inserted through corresponding adjusting groove and connected with the slider. The screw rod is arranged upright on the base and engaged with the nut assembly. Thereby, the nut assembly would not be rotated to stick the screw rod while the forming pedestal is rotated.

Stereolithography apparatus

A 3D printing method adapted for a 3D printer is provided. The 3D printer includes a tank filled with a liquid-state forming material, a platform, a curing module and a control module. At least one of the tank and the platform as well as the curing module are electrically connected to the control module to be controlled by the same, and a 3D object is formed on the platform. The 3D printing method includes analyzing a model of the 3D object to obtain a layered information; the control module correspondingly distributes the layered information at a plurality of forming positions at the bottom of the tank. A forming layer is cured by the curing module and located at a forming position, and then the platform and the tank rotate relatively to move the forming layer to another forming position, and another forming layer is formed at the another forming position.

Three dimensional printing method

A three-dimensional printing apparatus including a body, a rotation module, a tank, an elevating module, a forming platform, a curing module, and a control module is provided. The rotation module and the elevating module are disposed on the body. The tank is disposed on the rotation module. The forming platform is disposed on the elevating module. The curing module disposed in the body and under the tank. The control module is electrically connected to the rotation module, the elevating module, and the curing module. The forming platform dips into the forming material in liquid in the tank and the curing module cures the forming material between the forming platform and an inner bottom of the tank to form a solidification layer. Then the elevating module and the rotation module respectively drive the forming platform to rise and rotate relatively to the tank simultaneously.

Three-dimensional printing apparatus

A laser module with removable structures of three-dimensional printer includes a platform, a carrying seat and a laser module. The platform has a working side and a movement mechanism; the movement mechanism at least has a displacement rod. The carrying seat is disposed on the displacement rod, and the movement mechanism drives the carrying seat to move on the working side along the displacement rod. The carrying seat has an assembly portion, and the laser module is disposed on the assembly portion of the carrying seat and detachably integrated with the assembly portion as a whole. Thereby the purposes of fast and convenient disassembly can be achieved through assembling the laser module on the carrying seat.

Laser module with detachable structures of three-dimensional printer

A 3-D printing apparatus includes a frame, a tank, an automatic-filling module and a control unit. The tank is disposed in the frame and contains a liquid-forming material. The automatic-filling module includes a sensing unit, a reservoir, a filling pipe and a pressuring unit. The sensing unit detects a liquid level of the tank. The reservoir stores the liquid-forming material. The filling pipe connects to the reservoir and includes an outlet. A maximum liquid level of the liquid-forming material in the reservoir is lower than or equal to a level of the outlet. A gap exists between the outlet and a top edge of the tank. The pressuring unit provides a positive pressure to the reservoir so that the liquid-forming material in the reservoir flows to the tank. The control unit determines whether the pressuring unit provides the positive pressure to the reservoir according to the liquid level.

A chassis assembly structure includes a surrounding plate assembly, first abutting elements, second abutting elements and a third board. The first and second boards are coupled to form the surrounding plate assembly. Each first abutting element has a slider and a first stop plate extended from the first (or second) board, and each second abutting element has first and second convex plates extended from the second (or first) board. Each first convex plate has a first positioning groove at an end and a second stop plate at the other end. Each second convex plate has a second positioning groove, and both ends of each slider are slidably coupled to and limited in each of the first and second positioning grooves, and each first stop plate is stopped and limited by each second stop plate, and the third board covers a side of the surrounding plate assembly.

Chassis assembly structure

A three-dimensional printing apparatus including a swing tank containing a liquid formation material, a swing mechanism, an elevating platform, a light source and a control unit is provided. The swing tank includes a pivot side and a swing side adapted to be swung about the pivot side. The swing mechanism includes a cam and a driving motor. The cam leans against the swing side for swinging the same. The elevating platform and the light source are respectively disposed above and below the swing tank. The control unit controls the elevating platform to immerge into the liquid formation material. The light source cures the liquid formation material between the elevating platform and the bottom of the swing tank. The control unit then controls the swing mechanism to swing the swing side, so the cured liquid formation material is separated from the bottom and located on the elevating platform.

A three-dimensional printing apparatus including a chassis, a tank, an outer cover and a shielding module is provided. The tank is disposed at the chassis and adapted to be filled with a liquid forming material. The outer cover is pivoted on the chassis. The shielding module includes a pivot and a mask. The pivot is disposed on the chassis and beside the tank. The mask is winding on the pivot and connected with the outer cover. When the outer cover rotates to a first position and covers the tank, the mask is winding on the pivot. When the outer cover rotates to a second and exposes the tank, the outer cover pulls the mask out of the pivot, so that the mask covers the tank in order to shield the liquid forming material filled in the tank.

A multifunction printer (MFP) and a stopper applied therein are provided. The MFP includes a body, a top cover and the stopper. The body has a paper conveyor path, a paper holder located in front of an entrance of the paper conveyor path and a first rotating axle located in the paper conveyor path. A first side of the top cover rotates about the first rotating axle to be close to the paper holder. The stopper has a second rotating axle connected to the body, a connecting portion and an eccentric portion. The connecting portion is connected between the second rotating axle and the eccentric portion. The eccentric portion hangs down at the entrance of the paper conveyor path. A center of gravity of the stopper is located in the eccentric portion. A first stopping point of the top cover is located in a rotating path of the eccentric portion.
