The disclosure provides complexes comprising targeting units, methods for their production, and methods for their use. In some embodiments, complexes comprise therapeutic agents complexed with targeting units. In some embodiments, complexes comprise cells complexed with targeting units. In view of the foregoing, there is a need for improved modalities for targeting of therapeutics, in the area of immunotherapy and others.
