Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for dynamic role-based evaluation of access permissions. The system is configured to generate a database comprising a plurality of job roles and associated access permissions. A job role of a particular user is identified from the database by the system, and the job role is matched to a set of access permissions based on a comparison of the user's job role to the database. The user is authorized for the set of access permissions and generally does not authorize the user for any other access permissions. The system may compile a compliance database comprising the plurality of access permissions and compliance criteria associated with each access permission. When the system receives a user request for accessing an outlier access permission, the system determines whether the user meets the compliance criteria of that outlier access permission before authorizing the outlier access permission.

System for dynamic role-based evaluation of access and permissions

Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems and methods directed toward identifying causes of attenuated performance at computing systems. Performance data corresponding to performance metrics may be stored at a data store. Performance metrics may be associated with application servers. Alerts may be received from a performance monitoring agent triggered by performance attenuations at the application servers. A timeframe in which a performance attenuation occurred may be selected and the performance data may be searched in order to identify another performance attenuation that occurred at one of the application servers during or before the selected timeframe. Performance data may be evaluated to identify one of the application servers associated with the additional performance attenuation as a potential source of the performance attenuation that triggered the alert. Information corresponding to the potential source of the performance attenuation that triggered the alert may be presented to a user at a display device.

Data metrics analytics

Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems and methods directed toward monitoring transactions between computing resources of a computing system. A transaction agent may monitor transactions between computing resources and generate transaction log information corresponding to the transactions. A current transaction rate for a current time period and a previous transaction rate for a previous time period may be automatically obtained based on transaction log information. The current transaction rate may be compared to the previous transaction rate, and a transaction rate alert may be generated responsive to determining that the previous transaction rate exceeds the current transaction rate. A current and previous transaction latency average may also be obtained based on transaction time information of the transaction log information. The transaction latency averages may be compared, and a transaction latency alert may be generated responsive to determining that the current transaction latency average exceeds the previous transaction latency average.

Transaction performance monitoring

Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for an automated infrastructure management and remediation in an enterprise-type computing infrastructure that provides for automated deployment of critical updates/patches to enterprise-wide computing servers to insure that such updates occur and within prescribed time limits. Further, the invention provides for automatic extraction data from the various different data sources that contain data relevant to the update/patch process, consolidation and transformation of the data to accommodate reporting needs and analytical research and relying on the data to automatically determine the current state of the servers for the subsequent purpose of determining which of enterprise-wide servers require a pending update/patch. Additionally, the data is relied upon to automatically determine optimal times for deploying the update/patch to each of the servers, scheduling of an optimal time for deployment and subsequent automated deployment.
