An example apparatus includes a construction manager and a movement manager. The construction manager is to determine sequences of reinforcement learning (RL) action primitives based on object location goals and associated assembly goals determined for respective ones of objects depicted in an imaged assembly of objects. The movement manager is to command a robot to construct a physical assembly of objects based on the sequences of RL action primitives. The physical assembly of objects is to correspond to the imaged assembly of objects.

Methods and apparatus for complex assembly via autonomous robots using reinforcement learning action primitives

Sensing patch systems are disclosed herein. A sensing patch system includes a flexible substrate and a sensor node. The flexible substrate includes one or more substrate sensors configured to provide sensor data, one or more substrate conductors electrically coupled to a corresponding substrate sensor to conduct the sensor data provided by the corresponding substrate sensor, and a node interface. The sensor node includes a substrate interface configured to receive the node interface of the flexible substrate. The sensor node is configured to receive the sensor data provided by the substrate sensors, process the sensor data, and communicate the processed sensor data to a remote device.

Wearable sensing patch technologies

Methods, systems, and storage media relating to a circulatory health monitor device are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, such a device may be positioned or disposed on and/or in contact with a subject to measure blood pressure and/or heart rate. The device may include one or more electrocardiographic (ECG) signal sensors, one or more photoplethysmographic (PPG) sensors, and a controller. The controller may activate at a low resolution a PPG measurement of the subject in relation to an ECG signal feature to identify a PPG signal feature location or region in the PPG measurement. The controller may further activate at a high resolution PPG measurement of the subject at the PPG signal feature region to identify the PPG signal feature, and may determine blood pressure and/or heart rate therefrom. Optical heart rate sensor with reduced power

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide techniques and configurations for an apparatus for providing a user's physiological context measurements. In one instance, the apparatus may include a physiological context measurement module including first and second electrodes, to obtain one or more parameters of physiological context of a user in response to a provision of contact of the first and second electrodes with a portion of the user's body while the physiological context measurement module is powered on; and a third electrode coupled with the module, which may be powered on in response to detection of contact between the user's body portion and the third electrode. The first, second, and third electrodes are disposed to facilitate simultaneous contact of the user's body portion with the electrodes, and collection of the one or more parameters of the physiological context while the simultaneous contact is maintained. User's physiological context sensing method and apparatus

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide techniques and configurations for an apparatus for opportunistic measurements of a user's physiological context, such as evaporation rate. In one instance, an apparatus may include a chamber with a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The chamber may be disposed with the first side in proximity to or in contact with a surface (e.g., body of the user). The first side may include a first opening to allow evaporation from the surface to enter the chamber. The chamber may include a second opening to allow the evaporation to exit the chamber. The chamber may further include first and second sensors (e.g., humidity sensors) disposed inside the chamber, to detect the evaporation from the surface. Wearable apparatus for measurements of a user's physiological context

Apparatuses, systems, and methods described herein can enable reliable estimation of pulse transit time (PTT) for a user in motion for cuffless blood pressure estimation. In one embodiment, a method involves receiving an electrocardiographic (ECG) signal and a photoplethysmographic (PPG) signal and detecting R-wave peaks in the ECG signal. The method further involves identifying multiple segments of the PPG signal based on detection of the R-wave peaks of the ECG signal, wherein a given segment of the PPG signal comprises multiple samples and is aligned with a corresponding R-wave. The method also involves generating an averaged PPG wave based on the multiple segments of the PPG signal, wherein a given element of the averaged PPG wave comprises an average of corresponding elements from the multiple segments of the PPG signal, and computing the blood pressure value based on the averaged PPG wave.

Reliable estimation of pulse transit time in motion for cuffless blood pressure estimation

Methods and systems may provide for receiving a physiological signal from a sensor configuration associated with a mobile device. A qualitative analysis may be conducted for each of a plurality of noise sources in the physiological signal to obtain a corresponding plurality of qualitative ratings. In addition, at least the plurality of qualitative ratings may be used to determine whether to report the physiological signal to a remote location. In one example, a quantitative analysis is conducted for each of the plurality of noise sources to obtain an overall quality level, wherein the overall quality level is also used to determine whether to report the physiological signal to the remote location.

Automated quality assessment of physiological signals

A circuit interconnect may be used in biometric data sensing and feedback applications. A circuit interconnect may be used in device device-to-device connections (e.g., Internet of Things (IoT) devices), including applications that require connection between stretchable and rigid substrates. A circuit interconnect may include a multi-pin, snap-fit attachment mechanism, where the attachment mechanism provides an electrical interconnection between a rigid substrate and a flexible or stretchable substrate. The combination of a circuit interconnect and flexible or stretchable substrate provides improved electrical connection reliability, allows for greater stretchability and flexibility of the circuit traces, and allows for more options in connecting a stretchable circuit trace to a rigid PCB.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide techniques and configurations for a wearable sensor apparatus. In one instance, the apparatus may comprise a flexible substrate and conductive fabric component that comprises a first length and that may be attachably mounted on the flexible substrate. The conductive fabric component, in response to a direct or indirect application of external force to the flexible substrate, may stretch between the first length and a second length that is greater than the first length, and generate an electric parameter based at least in part on an amount of the applied external force.
