Systems, devices and automated processes are described for improving media streaming in a server device through intelligent selection of initial cache bitrates. The initial cache bitrate is selected with consideration to both historical data and operating parameters of the server device. Operating parameters can include an amount of cache memory that is available on the server device, as well as an amount of reserve space that is desired to be maintained in case of degradation in network performance or other factors that may occur during transcoding or transmission of the media stream.

A disinfection device for disinfecting a female medical connector. The device includes an inner housing having an absorbent material that includes a disinfectant or antimicrobial agent that receives the connector. The device also includes an outer housing having an outer wall that receives the inner housing wherein the inner housing is rotatable within the outer housing. An indicator is located between the outer wall and a transparent collar that includes at least one rib. The indicator includes a first visual indicator and a second visual indicator concealed by the first visual indicator. The inner housing includes a boss element that extends through the outer wall and indicator and is attached to the collar. Rotation of the collar causes rotation of the absorbent material and causes the rib to remove sufficient portions of the indicator to expose the second visual indicator to provide visual indication that the connector is disinfected.

This disclosure relates to method and system for determination of personality traits of agents in a contact center. The method includes retrieving textual data corresponding to a conversation between a first agent and a first customer. The method further includes generating a natural language justification corresponding to a set of personality traits of the first agent based on the textual data through a first Machine Learning (ML) model. The natural language justification may include one or more sentences. The one or more sentences may include a mapping of the textual data with the set of personality traits and a qualitative label associated with each of the set of personality traits. The method further includes determining a value corresponding to each of the set of personality traits of the first agent through the first ML model based on the natural language justification and the associated qualitative label.

Method and system for determination of personality traits of agents in a contact center

Insulin injection syringes are disclosed that include two types of components, namely, durable components that that do not contact the fluid path and can be reused, and disposable or single-use components that contact the fluid path and are not reused. The durable components do not contact the fluid path so that sterility is not affected. Two different syringe components include a reusable outer sleeve containing scale markings for the syringe and a reusable syringe plunger are provided as durable components in embodiments of the present invention. Syringes manufactured according to the present invention can employ one or both of these durable components. Methods for making, using and packaging such syringes are also disclosed.
