An active seat includes a seat disposed at a first end of a body; a convex surface disposed at a second end of the body; and a stacking notch defined at an intermediate location along the body. The convex surface defines at least a first rocking path about which the active seat tilts. The stacking notch defines a flat surface recessed laterally inwardly from an outer periphery of the body taken at the first and second ends.

Wrist-mounted monitors (e.g., heart rate monitors) can include rechargeable power sources, which can be recharged at a single charging base. Each of the monitors can be placed at a respective charging station of the charging base. Power is supplied to the charging base (e.g., via a cable) from an electrical outlet, a computer, or other power source. The charging stations are shaped and sized to accommodate the wristbands of the monitors.

A storage device includes at least one set of first and second tubular members, and a plurality of elastic cords that form a penetrable barrier. A first end of each elastic cord is coupled to a first tubular member by a knot, and a second end of each elastic cord is coupled to a second tubular member by positioning an enlarged body in a keyhole. A method for assembling a storage device includes securing first and second tubular members to a frame, looping an elastic cord around the first tubular member, and inserting an enlarged body into a keyhole of the second tubular member. In alternative example, each end of the elastic cord includes an enlarged body and each end of the elastic cord is positioned in a keyhole. In another alternative example, the first tubular member is fed through the loop of each elastic cord.

Storage device

Buckles for use in exercise assemblies employing force restorative exercise straps. A looped component and a hooked component of the buckle hold the exercise strap. The looped component and the hooked component can be pivotally mounted to each other. The buckle can hold the strap in two orientations, on an end of a looped strap, or at an adjustable position of the looped strap.

A push up device includes a support device including a base for positioning on the floor, side supports and a top. A control device at the top includes a push up counter, a timer, and/or an audio signaling device. The support device includes adjustable arms which adjust the relative height between the top and the base. Hand supports extend from opposite sides of the support device. In one embodiment, the hand supports are removably mounted from the support device.

An adjustable batting tee comprising: a base with a lower planar support surface; an outer tube extending from the base, wherein the outer tube includes a hollow core; an inner tube, wherein the inner tube is disposed within the hollow core of the outer tube; and a locking mechanism which locks inner tube relative to the outer tube at one of at least two discrete positions relative to the floor, ground and/or home plate so as to present a ball supporting distal end of the inner tube at one of the discrete heights from the floor, ground and/or home plate. The locking mechanism includes a projection, at least two circularly shaped grooves, and a longitudinal groove in communication with the at least two circularly shaped grooves. A visual indicator is provided to indicate to the user the discrete heights.

Curl-up device

A curl-up device includes a base; and a counter arrangement. The base defines a foot placement indicator, a first start position indicator, and optionally a second start position indicator. The counter arrangement includes a button disposed between the foot placement indicator and the start position indicators. The counter arrangement also includes an electronic counter that tracks depression of the button. In use, a user touches the button while performing a curl-up to track the number of curl-ups performed.
