A system for instructing a user on repairing a vehicle configured to (i) receive, from the user, a request to repair a vehicle, including information about the vehicle; (ii) present, to the user via a user computer device, a user interface to allow the user to search for a repair facility to repair the vehicle; (iii) receive, from the user via the user interface, a selection of a repair facility; (iv) determine whether the selected repair facility is a select service location, where a select service location is a pre-authorized repair facility; and (v) if the selected repair facility is a select service location, transfer the information about the vehicle to a computer device associated with the selected repair facility.

Systems and methods for performing repairs to a vehicle

Techniques described herein relate to analyzing data systems to detect data deficiencies and generating user interfaces for performing user communication sessions to resolve the data deficiencies. A data system may include components and implement operations to analyze a related set of data to determine when to initiate a communication session with a user to resolve a data deficiency. The data system also may be configured to generate user interfaces customized based on particular users and/or particular associates to allow the associate to interact with the user to resolve the data deficiency. The data system also may determine when to record the communication session, store and/or transcribe the communication session, and/or associate the stored communication session records with the corresponding data in the data system.

Dynamic communication sessions within data systems

A computer-implemented method for assessing damage to a plurality of properties is provided. After an occurrence of an event that is a potential cause of insured losses, image data depicting an aerial view of the properties may be received from an aerial platform. The image data may be processed to determine a subsequent condition of each property after occurrence of the event. Further, a damage severity level may be determined for each property, and used to display a map depicting different regions having properties with different respective damage severity levels.

Providing data associated with insured losses

A computer-implemented method for providing data associated with insured losses is presented. Data regarding an event that is a cause of the insured losses may be received. Respective indications of locations of properties insured by an insurance provider and sustaining the insured losses may be received. Image data from at least one image capturing device, where the image data is obtained from an aerial view of the properties and indicative of respective conditions of the properties, may be received. The image data may be processed to determine, for each property, an indication of the respective condition. The data associated with the insured losses may be provided via a user interface. The data associated with the insured losses may include (i) the respective indications of the locations of the properties, and (ii) the indications of the respective conditions of the properties.

A weather event computing device for transmitting weather notifications to policyholders is provided. The weather event computing device receives, from a weather reporting device, weather data for a region. The weather event computing device (i) determines from the weather data that the region is expected to experience a weather event, and (ii) identifies an insured property associated with the policyholder located within the region. A notification is transmitted to the policyholder's mobile device, advising the policyholder that the property may be impacted by the weather event. Pre and post-event drone or other aerial image data of insured properties may be used to estimate insurance claims for the insured, and facilitate prompt payout of insurance monies to those displaced or otherwise impacted by a weather event.
