Further, the method includes detecting a signal on a non-3GPP access to receive a normal service. Further, the method includes triggering a deregistration procedure with the FPLMN () on the 3GPP access to stop receiving the disaster roaming service from the FPLMN () in response to detecting the signal on the non-3GPP access to receive the normal service.
