The covers () are joined together by means of, at least, two transverse webs () and several stiffener reinforcements (A), which are arranged in perpendicular to the covers (). A joining device () for precast reinforced concrete elements with a dry joint comprising a first group of joining reinforcements (') arranged on a first plane and in parallel with one another, each one of said joining reinforcements () comprising one reinforcement () and two threaded ends ().
