An electromagnetic pressure-regulating valve includes a housing comprising a first, a second and a third port, a valve seat, a valve closure member, an electromagnetic drive, and a biasing device. The electromagnetic drive comprises a coil wound on a coil carrier, an armature, a core, and an electromagnetic return-path device. The armature moves between a first and second end position and acts on the valve closure member. The biasing device is configured so that, when a current does not flow, the armature, and thereby the valve closure member, is positioned in a fail-safe setting on the valve seat so that a connection from the third port to each of the first and second ports is closed. The valve seat is connected via a fluid channel to the first and second ports. The armature is steplessly adjustable between the first and second end positions in every setting.

Electromagnetic pressure-regulating valve for controlling pressure-controlled components in motor vehicles

An electromagnetic valve with an electromagnetic circuit includes a coil wound onto a coil former, a core, a magnetic return device, a valve closure element, a guide pin, and an armature which is substantially hollow. The armature is mounted so as to be movable with an inwardly directed face on the guide pin. The armature acts at least indirectly on the valve closure element. The guide pin comprises a surface. The surface is arranged to point radially outwards so as to form a first part directed towards the core and a second part directed towards the armature. The first part is configured to be magnetized. The second part is configured not to be magnetized. A control edge is formed between the first part and the second part.

Electromagnet valve

A pressure control valve includes a housing comprising a reference pressure connection, a reference pressure chamber, a preliminary pressure connection, a preliminary pressure chamber, a control pressure connection and a control pressure chamber which are configured to cooperate with a control member moveable in an axial direction within the housing so as to adjust a desired control pressure between a preliminary pressure at the preliminary pressure connection and a reference pressure at the reference pressure connection. A driving device is configured to act on the control member. At least one first sealing device is configured to seal the reference pressure chamber against the control member. At least one second sealing device comprising a second sealing element is configured to seal the preliminary pressure chamber against the reference pressure chamber. At least one third sealing device is configured to seal the control pressure chamber against the preliminary pressure chamber.

Pressure control valve

An electromagnetic drive for a valve includes a housing comprising at least one electromagnetic circuit comprising a coil wound onto a coil support, a valve closing member, at least one core, at least one magnetizable reflux member, an armature having an annular shape at least on a side facing away from the valve closing member, an adjustment device having an adjustment screw, and a device to fix the armature in a non-energized state. The armature moves between a first end position and a second end position so as to act at least indirectly on the valve closing member. The adjustment device adjusts a magnetic force. The adjustment screw is insertable through the at least the magnetizable reflux member or through the core into the armature. Supplying the coil with an electric current causes the armature to move into the first end position or into the second end position.

Electromagnetic drive for a valve

An electromagnetic drive for a valve includes a housing and at least one electromagnetic circuit comprising a coil wound onto a coil carrier, a valve closing member, an armature movably supported between a first and a second end position which acts on the valve closing member. A device fixes the armature in a currentless state. A core is disposed at an end of the electromagnetic drive directed toward the valve closing member. A magnetizable reflux device has an adjusting bore and a circumferential recess in an area of the adjusting bore on a side facing the coil. An adjustment device has an adjusting screw and adjusts a magnetic force. The adjusting screw influences a course of magnetic field lines and is insertable into the adjusting bore in a direction of the armature. Supplying the coil with a current moves the armature into the first or the second end position.

Electromagnetic valve having an adjustable magnetic flux

An electropneumatic converter for connection with an exhaust recirculation valve in a motor vehicle. The electropneumatic converter includes a vacuum port and an atmospheric pressure port configured to connect with a valve chamber using a valve device, wherein a mixed pressure is formed in the valve chamber and supplied to a mixed pressure port. An armature is affixed to a valve body of the valve device movable in an axial direction, the valve body being connected to a suspension device, wherein the armature is displaceable in the axial direction using a solenoid. The electropneumatic converter also includes a damping element configured to dampen the axial movement of the armature and the valve device affixed thereto. The damping element includes at least one of an elastomer or a foamed material.
