This application discloses systems, devices, and methods for indoor navigation and tracking with a mesh network. In one aspect, a navigation device includes a receiver configured to receive a locational signal from a node network. The locational signal identifies a respective node of the node network, and the node network is distributed throughout a physical space. The navigation device includes a memory storing a program and a processor in communication with the receiver and configured to execute the program to calculate a position of the navigation device from the identity of the respective node, determine a routing instruction from the position of the navigation device to a destination based on the position of the navigation device and a known mapping of the node network in the physical space, and update the position of the navigation device and the routing instruction as the navigation device moves through the physical space.

Indoor navigation and tracking with mesh network

In accordance with embodiments, methods for the recovery of security credentials of a Bluetooth mesh network are disclosed. A computing device of the Bluetooth mesh network receives user login information, and generates a network key of the Bluetooth mesh network based on the user login information. The computing device generates an application key of a first node to be provisioned based on user login information. A device key is generated using the unicast address of the first node and part of user credentials. The current sequence number is recovered by one of the four techniques depending on the characteristics of the network. The unicast addresses of the nodes are assumed to be sequential and later validated by sending messages. IV index is recovered using processes defined in the Bluetooth mesh standard. After recovery of the above parameters, the mesh network can operate normally using the aforementioned computing device.

A memory card and a communication method between a memory card and a host unit are disclosed. High throughput of data between the memory card and the host unit is guaranteed by providing a communication interface between the memory card and the host unit including a first communication interface between a memory unit of the memory card and a control unit of the memory card and a second communication interface between the control unit of the memory card and the host unit.

A system includes a storage subsystem having a data area and a header area. The data area is for storing contents of at least one data file, and the header area is for storing access parameters and status information for accessing each data file individually. The data area and the header area define a storage area in the storage subsystem. Multiple files are efficiently managed based on utilization of the storage area in the storage subsystem.

A system and method of making a firmware self updatable depending on option information stored in a configuration module. The configuration module can either be in a memory device or a memory controller. The self-updation flexibility can be achieved by customizing the options as per the customer's requirements and can be done either through an USB interface or by pre-programming the configuration module or any other communication or programming options. The option information is provided by using a configurable module inside either the memory or the memory controller. After the basic initialization operations, the firmware reads the option information from the controller itself or any other non-volatile memory and performs the tasks to enhance the overall performance.

Self-updating memory controller

A methodology for efficiently copying data is presented. An internal controller RAM is multiplexed between storing existing RAM data such as look up table data) and storing copy back data with respect to a flash memory. The data in the controller RAM is temporarily stored in a free space of the flash memory. The data of the flash memory, which is to be copied, is read from a source page and is stored in the free space of the controller RAM, and from there, the data is written to a destination block of the flash memory. After completion of the copy back operation, the data of the controller RAM that was moved to the free space is retrieved for storage back in the controller RAM.

Polarity independent precision measurement of an input voltage signal is accomplished using a voltage integrating circuit that receives a first positive reference voltage and the input voltage signal, wherein the first positive reference voltage is greater in magnitude than the input voltage signal. A resetting circuit is coupled to the voltage integrating circuit for stabilizing its output. A pair of comparators, each connected to the output of the voltage integrating circuit, make voltage comparisons against a second reference voltage and a third reference voltage respectively, wherein the second and third reference voltages are greater in magnitude than the first reference voltage. A time interval measurement circuit receives the outputs of the pair of comparators, and operates to measure the time taken for the output of the voltage integrating circuit to transit to the second reference voltage level and the third reference voltage level. The time interval measurement circuit provides an output for controlling the resetting circuit.
