A hand-operated stamp () includes an at least partially open-pored printing plate () which can be displaced counter to a spring force, from a resting position in which it is retracted into a housing (), into a printing position by an actuation element (). The printing plate rests against an ink storage body () in order to receive stamping ink therefrom, the ink storage body being mounted in a holder () which at least partially encloses it. The holder () is trough-shaped and is directly locked with a connecting part () which is locked with the actuation unit and which comprises at least one refill support () which is oriented towards an ink refill opening () in the base wall of the holder ().

The invention relates to a pocket stamp () comprising a housing () which is configured in the shape of a case () having two articulately connected shell-shaped housing parts () which can be displayed from a closed position, in which they are detachably connected to one another, into an open position, in which a die plate () accommodated in one of the housing parts () and protruding over the edge thereof is present in the operating or impression position thereof, in which the other housing part () is offset toward the rear in relation to the die plate (), wherein in one housing part () at least one detent element () in the form of a hook () is provided and in the other housing part () a detent element () in the form of a ledger () cooperating with the hook () is provided, one of the detent elements () being resiliently movable.
