Breath sensor calibration methods and apparatus are described herein where a breath sensor device may generally comprise a sampling unit having a housing configured to receive a sample breath from a user and a sensor positioned within the housing. A processor in electrical communication with the sensor may be configured to determine a dissipation time when the sensor is exposed to a near-constant concentration level of CO detected from the breath sample down to an ambient level of CO detected. The processor may also be configured to calculate a time constant based on the dissipation time and a reduction from the near-constant concentration level to the ambient level. Furthermore, the processor may also be configured to apply the time constant to a transient response of the sensor to account for drift in calibrating the sensor.

Breath sensor calibration methods and apparatus

Breath sensor apparatus and methods of use are described herein where a flow control apparatus may generally comprise a sampling chamber defining a volume and one or more openings into the sampling chamber, at least one sensor in fluid communication with the sampling chamber, wherein the at least one sensor is configured to detect the analyte. The sampling chamber may also be configured to receive the breath sample into the sampling chamber and into contact with the at least one sensor via diffusion into the sampling chamber.

Methods, systems, and devices for providing treatment to a tissue in body lumens are described. The system may include a catheter, an expansion member coupled with a distal portion of the catheter, an ablation structure including one or more longitudinal electrode segments, and an ablation structure support coupled to the ablation structure configured to at least partially unfurl as the expansion member expands and furl as the expansion member contracts. The ablation structure may include multiple separately wired and/or separately controlled longitudinal electrodes, longitudinal electrode zones, or both, such that each longitudinal electrode or longitudinal electrode zone may be selectively enabled or selectively disabled. In some instances, one or more springs are coupled to the ablation structure configured to promote unfurl or furl around the expansion member. In some instances, one or more protection elements are be positioned along the catheter.

Methods, apparatuses, and systems are described for minimizing various leakage effects of multi-zone ablation devices. Apparatuses may include an ablation device for treatment of tissue including an ablation structure with a plurality of bipolar electrode zones. Each of the zones may include an in-zone channel pair comprising a positive channel and a negative channel. The ablation structure may be configured such that, for any adjacent electrode zone pair comprising a first electrode zone and a second electrode zone adjacent to the first electrode zone, the positive channel of the first electrode zone is electrically distinct from the positive channel of the second electrode zone, and the negative channel of the first electrode zone is electrically distinct from the negative channel of the second electrode zone. Moreover, the ablation structure may be arranged such that a total number of electrically distinct channels that is less than twice a total number of the plurality of electrode zones.
