A bleach particle is provided whose core is an intimately dispersed agglomerated mixture of a halogen bleaching agent, an inorganic phosphate salt and a binder with melting point 85.degree. to 120.degree. F. In the preferred composition there is present dichloroisocyanurate, sodium tripolyphosphate and lauric acid, respectively. These core particles have a uniform round shape, are of high strength and obtainable in good yields.

In a toothbrush including a handle and an array of bristles affixed to one end portion of the handle, as disclosed herein, is an improvement comprising a gum massaging accessory movably secured to an opposite end portion of the handle for articulation between a first position, stored and inoperative, in general alignment with the handle to an operative position askew to the handle.

Compositions having detergent properties and improved anti-redeposition properties are prepared based on a ternary combination of a water-soluble polyetheneoxy organic nonionic detergent compound, a substantially water-insoluble polyalkyleneoxy nonionic compound, and an organic compound selected from the group consisting of N-alkanol alkaneamides, tertiary amine oxides having one long alkyl chain, and dialkyl sulfoxides having one long chain.
