A method of capability signaling for quality of experience (QoE) measurement includes transmitting, by a user equipment (UE) to a base station (BS), a capability message comprising one or more capability information elements (IEs) associated with QoE; based on the one or more transmitted-capability IEs, receiving by the UE from the BS, one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising first configuration parameters for QoE measurements and reporting; and transmitting, by the UE to the BS, one or more QoE measurement reports based on the first configuration parameters.

A system, method and apparatus for mobile communications including an enhanced scheduled process is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives multicast broadcast configuration parameters. The UE determines that a first multicast broadcast service is associated with the DRX configuration parameters and that a second multicast broadcast service is not associated with the DRX configuration parameters. The UE receives first multicast broadcast data, associated with the first multicast broadcast service, based on scheduling information determined by monitoring a control channel using the DRX configuration parameters. The UE also receives second multicast broadcast data, associated with the second multicast broadcast service, based on the SPS configuration parameters and without monitoring the control channel for the scheduling information.

Wireless communication techniques using search space sets are described. A downlink channel may be monitored using search space sets based on one or more conditions. For example, a downlink channel may be monitored on a first search space set during a first time period (e.g., before an expiration of a timer) and/or a downlink channel may be monitored on a second search space set during a second time period (e.g., after an expiration of a timer).

A wireless device may receive from a base station a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. The first DCI may indicate that the wireless device is not to transmit feedback for the PDSCH transmission before receiving a second DCI and a PDSCH group index. The second DCI may indicate a time slot for transmitting feedback and the PDSCH group index. In response to the wireless device receiving the second DCI and based on the second DCI indicating feedback for the same PDSCH group index as the first DCI, the wireless may transmit to the base station, in the time slot indicated, the feedback for the PDSCH transmission.

A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising a parameter indicating a first value of a listen before talk (LBT) counter. The LBT counter is incremented based on an LBT procedure indicating an LBT failure for an uplink transmission via a first bandwidth part. Based on the LBT counter reaching the first value, a switch is made from the first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part as an active bandwidth part.

The first base station sends to a second base station and based on the determination, a request for a handover of the wireless device. The request comprises: an identifier of the network slice for the handover; and a cause information element indicating that a cause for the handover is that the session resources are not available for the network slice at the first base station. A response to the request is received from the second base station.

The scheduling information is based, at least in part, on a plurality of received measurement reports transmitted by a plurality of UEs.

A method may include receiving, by a wireless device and during a random access procedure, a random access response indicating a first backoff time interval of a first sub-band of a cell, and indicating a second backoff time interval of a second sub-band of the cell. The method may include selecting, for a preamble retransmission of the random access procedure, a backoff time interval based on the first backoff time interval and the second backoff time interval. The method may include performing, at a time based on the backoff time interval, a listen-before-talk procedure.
