A rubber composition is based on at least one elastomeric matrix comprising at least one diene elastomer, at least one reinforcing filler predominantly comprising carbon black and at least one reinforcing inorganic filler, at least one plasticizing resin having a glass transition temperature of greater than or equal to 20° C., at least one cobalt salt and at least one sulfur vulcanization system, the rubber composition exhibiting a Z score for dispersion of the reinforcing filler in the elastomeric matrix of greater than or equal to 85. A reinforced product comprises at least one steel reinforcing element coated at least in part with a metallic coating and the rubber composition, the reinforcing element being embedded in the rubber composition. Rubber composition

A tire inner liner comprises a rubber composition comprising: an elastomeric matrix comprising at least 50 phr of one or more butyl rubbers, from 5 to 35 phr of carbon black, from 0 to less than 10 phr of a plasticizing agent, at least 5 phr of one or more additional fillers selected from reinforcing fillers other than carbon black, semi-reinforcing fillers and inert fillers, the total content of reinforcing fillers and of semi-reinforcing fillers in the rubber composition varying from 5 to 50 phr. The invention also relates to a tire comprising such a liner.

A multilayer laminate, which is usable as a reinforcing element for a finished article or for a semifinished product made of rubber, such as a tire, includes at least one polymer film having, in any tensile direction in the film's plane, a Young's modulus that is greater than 500 MPa. The film is positioned between and in contact with two layers formed of a rubber composition, such as natural rubber. Each layer formed of the rubber composition exhibits, in a crosslinked state, a secant modulus that, in extension at 10% elongation, is greater than 30 MPa, with between 30 and 150 MPa being preferable for the secant modulus.

Multilayer laminate which can be used for the reinforcement of a tyre belt

A tire, the inner liner of which comprises a rubber composition based on at least predominantly a highly unsaturated diene elastomer, a reinforcing organic filler, graphite, chalk, a plasticizing hydrocarbon resin, the glass transition temperature, Tg, of which is greater than 20&#xb0; C. and the softening point of which is less than 170&#xb0; C. The use of such a composition in the inner liner of the tire, including graphite and a non-reinforcing filler of chalk type, makes it possible to notably improve the airtightness properties with respect to a control composition which comprises only graphite and which already performs very well in this aspect, but also with respect to a control composition conventionally used in the inner liners of tires, while maintaining a good level of the stiffness and processability properties as the conventional control compositions.

The plasticizing system comprises a hydrocarbon plasticizing resin, the glass transition temperature Tof which is above 20&#xb0; C. and the softening point of which is below 170&#xb0; C. A process for producing such a composition for a tire inner liner comprises incorporating into a diene elastomer, in a mixer: a reinforcing filler, graphite, and a plasticizing system, by thermomechanically mixing all the ingredients, one or more times, until a maximum temperature between 110&#xb0; C. and 190&#xb0; C. is reached; cooling the mixture down to a temperature below 100&#xb0; C.; then incorporating a crosslinking system; and mixing everything until a maximum temperature below 110&#xb0; C. is reached.
