Embodiments include receive, from the wearable device carried by the customer, the token comprising user authentication information associated with the customer, wherein receiving the token indicates a current visit of the customer to the financial institution location; access, based at least in part on the user authentication information, a visitation history from a customer profile associated with the customer; determine, based at least in part on the visitation history, whether the current visit falls within a recognized visitation pattern; and authenticate, based at least in part on the determination, the customer for performing a transaction at the financial institution location.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing a record of an interactive conference, such as a video conference. The systems, methods, and computer program products determine that an operative connection has been established between a user device of a user and a system associated with a representative of a financial institution, such that the user and the representative are conducting a conference; identify a document referenced during the conference; capture at least a portion of the conference in a record; associate the document with the record; and store the record. Customers of financial institutions desire to have records of their interactions with representatives of the financial institution and the embodiments of this invention assist the customer in maintaining and organizing those records.

Embodiments of the invention relate to an invention for accessing a remotely located mobile device of a user based on certain events is provided. The system, method, and computer program product are configured to: (a) monitor one or more transaction involving a transaction vehicle of a user; (b) determine a physical location of a transaction vehicle based at least partially on the one or more transactions; (c) determine a geographic location of a mobile device of the user, wherein the mobile device is associated with the transaction vehicle; (d) determine whether or not the transaction vehicle of the user and the mobile device of the user are co-located; and (e) reconfigure one or more applications accessible to the mobile device or one or more functional features of the mobile device based at least partially on determining that the mobile device and the transaction vehicle of the user are not co-located.

Systems, apparatus, and computer program products are provided for implementing a wearable computing device having an Optical Head-Mounted Display (OHMD) to automatically determine which individuals within a business environment, such as a retail store, banking center or the like, are established customers. Such a determination of established customer status is conducted without requiring any action on behalf of the individuals/customers currently located within the business environment and can be accomplished when the established customer enters the business location or shortly thereafter. Once established customers are identified, customer indicators are provided within the view of the OHMD, so that a business associate/employee can readily identity which individual within their field of view are established customers.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for providing an interactive conference, such as a video conference. The system, methods, and computer program products determine that an operative connection is being established between a user device of a user and a system associated with a representative of a financial institution, such that the user and the representative may conduct a conference; provide a document viewable by both the user and the representative during the conference; and enable the document to be edited by at least one of the user and the representative during the conference. The document may be an uploaded document or an account view. A computing platform may receive a plurality of messages comprising data indicating physical presence of customers at a physical location from an indoor positioning system located at the physical location. Responsive to receiving the plurality of messages comprising the data indicating the physical presence of the customers at the physical location, the computing platform may determine that one or more customers of the customers at the physical location are authorized to utilize one or more functions of one or more computing devices physically located at the physical location.

Systems and methods for using proximity positioning systems to determine an identity and location of a user, and process a pre-staged transaction based on the determined information are provided. In some examples, a transaction may be initiated by a user. A financial institution may pre-process the transaction and, upon establishing a physical presence of the user at a banking center, may further process and/or complete the transaction. The physical presence of the user may be established based on a signal from a location beacon at the banking center being detected by a personal computing device of the user. Because the personal computing device is within a predefined proximity of the location beacon in order to detect the signal, the location of the location beacon, and, thus the personal computing device may be determined, and an identity of the user may be determined.

Embodiments are directed to communicating an operating system-level token for user identification and/or authentication. Embodiments store a token at an operating system-level, wherein the token is accessible by an operating system running on the apparatus, and wherein the token comprises user identification information and/or user authentication information; and in response to an initiating event, initiate communication of the token to a second apparatus external to the apparatus. Some embodiments include initiation of an operation system-level instruction set for periodically, continuously, or in response to detecting a request, initiating communication of the token.
