A wireless device receives one or more configuration parameters indicating first unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states associated with a first control resource set (coreset) pool index and second unified TCI states associated with a second coreset pool index. The wireless device receives one or more control commands indicating a first unified TCI state from the first unified TCI states and a second unified TCI state from the second unified TCI states. The wireless device selects a unified TCI state, from the first unified TCI state and the second unified TCI state, based on a first reference signal received power (RSRP) associated with the first unified TCI state and a second RSRP associated with the second unified TCI state. The wireless device transmits an uplink signal based on the unified TCI state.

Beam and power control parameter determination with multiple transmission reception points

A wireless device transmits, to a base station, a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) for delay status reporting (DSR). The MAC CE indicates a shortest remaining time, of one or more remaining times of one or more data units, based on a time associated with transmission of the MAC CE.

Delay status reporting

In some embodiments, a wireless device transmits, in response to triggering a 2-step random access (RA) procedure, a message A including a preamble and a transport block. The wireless device receives a message B including a RA response that indicates a first number of times to repeat transmission of a hybrid acknowledgement repeat request (HARQ) feedback corresponding to the message B. Then, the wireless device repeats transmission, via an uplink control channel, the HARQ feedback the first number of times.

Wireless communications are described. A wireless device may comprise various hardware and/or software transmission/reception components (e.g., one or more antenna panels, transceivers, encoders, decoders, validators). The wireless device may selectively activate or deactivate transmission/reception components for reception of data from one or more cells and/or transmission points. The wireless device may report the activation status of the transmission/reception components to a base station via reports and/or messages. The base station may schedule future transmissions and/or send future messages via selected transmission/reception components, for example, based on the activation status indicated by the wireless device.

Transmission/reception management in wireless communication

A wireless device monitors for downlink control information (DCI) having repetitions in transmission occasions of a first bandwidth part (BWP). The wireless device receives, via a transmission occasion of the transmission occasions, a repetition of a DCI indicating a second BWP. The wireless device starts to switch, during a reference transmission occasion among the transmission occasions, from the first BWP to the second BWP.

Bandwidth parts in downlink control channel repetition

In some embodiments, a wireless device receives one or more messages indicating: a first random access (RA) search space (SS) on a first initial bandwidth part (BWP), of a cell, for a first wireless device type; and a second RA SS on a second initial BWP, of the cell, for a second wireless device type. The wireless device transmits a preamble. Based on the wireless device being of the first wireless device type, the wireless device monitors, via the first RA SS on the first initial BWP, a control channel for a response to the preamble. Then the wireless device receives the response on the first initial BWP.

Beam failure recovery for reduced capability (RedCap) wireless devices

A wireless device may receive one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising one or more configuration parameters. The one or more configuration parameters may comprise (i) a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI), for a configured uplink grant, indicating an SRI-physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) power control parameter set and (ii) a pathloss reference signal update parameter enabling an activation command to update pathloss reference signals of an uplink channel. In response to the one or more configuration parameters comprising the pathloss reference signal update parameter, the wireless device may determine a transmission power for a transport block of the configured uplink grant based on a pathloss reference signal mapped to the SRI-PUSCH power control parameter set. The wireless device may transmit the transport block with the transmission power.

Power control for configured uplink grant

A wireless device determines a first uplink resource for transmission of a first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) in a first time slot. The wireless device may also receive at least one repetition of downlink control information (DCI) via at least one monitoring occasion of monitoring occasions. In such embodiments, the DCI may indicate a second uplink resource for transmission of a second HARQ-ACK in the first time slot. The wireless device may also transmit the second HARQ-ACK in a second time slot after the first time slot and via an uplink resource.

Transmissions in control channel repetition

A wireless device transmits a user equipment (UE) capability message. The UE capability message comprises: a first parameter indicating, per cell, whether the wireless device supports two timing advance groups (TAGs) for intra-cell multiple transmission and reception point (multi-TRP) operation; and a second parameter indicating, per band combination, a maximum number of TAGs that the wireless device supports. The wireless device receives one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages indicating: transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for uplink transmissions via a cell; and two TAGs for the cell. The wireless device receives downlink control information (DCI) indicating a TCI state among the TCI states for the cell. The TCI state is associated with a TAG among the two TAGs of the cell. The wireless device transmits, based on a timing advance of the TAG associated with the TCI state, an uplink transmission using the TCI state.

Configuration of multiple timing advance values

A wireless device receives a first configured grant (CG) configuration, associated with a first CG index, comprising one or more parameters indicating to disable: monitoring for retransmissions corresponding to the first CG configuration; and starting a discontinuous reception (DRX) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer for a HARQ process associated with a transport block (TB) transmitted via a CG resource indicated by the first CG configuration. The wireless device receives a second CG configuration not associated with the first CG index. Based on the first CG configuration, the wireless device does not start a first DRX HARQ RTT timer for a first HARQ process, and based on the second CG configuration, the wireless device starts a second DRX HARQ RTT timer for a second HARQ process.

Handling on retransmission for extended reality

A wireless device transmits, to a base station, a measurement report message and receives, from the base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message comprising a layer 1/layer 2 triggered mobility (LTM) configuration comprising an LTM candidate configuration of a candidate cell for an LTM, an identifier of the LTM candidate configuration, and a cell identifier of the candidate cell. The wireless device transmits, after receiving the first RRC reconfiguration message and to the base station, an RRC reconfiguration complete message and transmits, to the base station, a layer 1 measurement report and receives, from the base station, a second RRC reconfiguration message indicating to release the LTM candidate configuration. A cancelling of the LTM is indicated by an LTM cancel message comprising the identifier of the candidate cell and a cause value indicating a reason for the cancelling of the LTM of the candidate cell.

Layer 1/layer 2 triggered mobility cancelation initiated by target base station

A method can include receiving, by a wireless device, one or more discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration parameters indicating: a first DRX cycle; a DRX slot offset; and a DRX on-duration timer. The method can also include determining, for starting the DRX on-duration timer, a DRX cycle. The DRX cycle can be the first DRX cycle, based on the one or more DRX configuration parameters not indicating the second DRX cycle with the non-integer value. Alternatively, the DRX cycle can be the second DRX cycle, based on the one or more DRX configuration parameters indicating the second DRX cycle with the non-integer value. A parameter of the one or more DRX configuration parameters can indicate the non-integer value of the second DRX cycle. The method can further include starting, after the DRX slot offset from a subframe determined based on the DRX cycle, the DRX on-duration timer.

Methods and apparatuses for determining a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle

A wireless device may communicate with a base station by using overlapping transmissions. Information such as a channel state information (CSI) report may be multiplexed in a repetition of a transmission such as a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission. A rule may be applied to indicate/determine which repetition, of a plurality of repetitions, comprises the multiplexed information. The rule may comprise including the multiplexed information in a transmission associated with at least one of: a lowest (or highest) frequency or range of frequencies, a lowest (or highest) starting (or ending) resource block, a lowest (or highest) transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state, a lowest (or highest) TCI state index, a lowest (or highest) panel or panel index, and/or any other parameter/indicator that may differentiate a transmission (including the multiplexed information) from other transmission(s).

Resource configuration for overlapping transmissions

A method can include transmitting, by a wireless device, a capability message comprising a field indicating a time gap of the wireless device to complete a procedure of layer 1 or layer 2 triggered mobility (LTM). The method can also include receiving, in a time interval, a medium access control control element (MAC CE) indicating cell switch to a candidate cell of LTM. The method can further include transmitting, via the candidate cell and a time resource, an uplink transmission, wherein the time resource is after the time gap plus an offset from the time interval.
