A vibration damper in a wheel suspension of a vehicle, which damper is supported on a wheel-guide element of the wheel suspension via two resilient bearings which are provided laterally of a damper tube of the vibration damper and which are diametrically opposed in relation to the damper tube. Each bearing has a rubber-elastic bearing element in which a damper receptacle is supported which is force-transmittingly connected to the damper tube. The damper receptacle is supported on the damper tube via a releasable securing element.

Vibration damper in a wheel suspension of a vehicle

A wheel suspension for an at least slightly actively steerable has a wheel carrier for receiving a wheel, a toe link, and at least one further link for connecting the wheel carrier to the vehicle body, and an actuator arrangement having at least one actuator for actively steering the wheel in a first active steering direction and in a second active steering direction. The wheel carrier is formed in at least two parts and has a first wheel carrier part and a second wheel carrier part. The first wheel carrier part is designed to receive the wheel and the second wheel carrier part can be attached via at least one of the further links to the vehicle body, in a non-actively steerable manner. The first wheel carrier part and the second wheel carrier part in a functional state of use of the wheel suspension in a vehicle are movable relative to one another by the actuator arrangement, such that an active, at least slight steering movement of the wheel can be effected.

An arrangement of a rear axle module on a two-axle, two-track vehicle which is at least partially electrically driveable by an electric motor is provided in which a rear axle bracket designed for the fastening of wheel-guiding links of a rear axle and a housing for accommodating components for providing electrical energy together form the module, with the housing arranged in a front region of the rear axle module. The rear axle module includes bearing brackets by which the module is connected from below to the vehicle body, including two rear axle bracket bearings which are to the rear of the rear axle module with respect to the direction of travel, two central rear axle bracket bearings arranged in a central region of the rear axle module, and two front bearings arranged on the housing in the front region of the rear axle module.

An axle support for a motor vehicle is provided. The axle support includes an at least approximately planar fiber composite reinforcing element which is secured to individual supports of the axle support. The reinforcing element is multi-layered, with a lower and an upper cover layer and at least one intermediate layer extending analogously to the cover layers over the entire surface. Continuous fiber strips having directionally oriented fibers which are narrow relative to the cover layers are introduced above and below the intermediate layer.

A rear axle of a two-track vehicle, including three control arms articulated to a wheel carrier and extending substantially in a transverse direction of the vehicle, and a trailing arm rigidly connected to the wheel carrier and having adequate flexibility in the transverse direction of the vehicle due to its structure or its mounting on the vehicle body. A support spring proportionately supporting the vehicle body with respect to the wheel and a vibration damper connected effectively in parallel with the supporting spring are supported on the wheel carrier without the intermediate arrangement of a control arm articulated to the wheel carrier. The support spring is supported in front of the wheel center and below the wheel center, as viewed in the direction of travel, on a cantilever protruding from the wheel carrier toward the vehicle center plane and the control arm articulated to the wheel carrier above the center point of the driven wheel in the vertical direction is connected to the wheel carrier behind the wheel center as viewed in the direction of travel. The control arm articulated to the wheel carrier in front of the wheel center as viewed in the direction of travel is connected to the wheel carrier below the wheel center in the vertical direction. The control arm arranged farthest to the rear as viewed in the direction of travel is connected to a steering actuator for the wheel by its end facing away from the wheel carrier.

Rear axle of a two-track vehicle

A support of an axle transmission in the rear region of a passenger vehicle on a rear axle carrier and on the floor panel structure of the vehicle body in a further connecting point with the interposition of elastic supports is provided. On the output side, the transmission is supported on the sole transverse member of the rear axle carrier, which includes two longitudinal members, and on the input side the transmission is fixed to the floor panel structure via a serial connection of two elastic supports with a mass body arranged therebetween. The transmission may be fixed to two connecting points on the floor panel structure, the connecting points lying next to each other substantially in the transverse direction. Two such serial connections of elastic supports may be provided with a common mass body with a weight ranging from 3 to 7 kilograms.
