A damping unit for damping a movable element of a home appliance has at least two dampers positioned in a housing. The dampers are positioned side-by-side to guarantee a defined series of damping an energy of the movable element. There is also described a home appliance having the novel damping unit.

A refrigeration device has a first door with an opening and a second door for closing the opening in the first door. A first hinge member has a first connection portion fixed on a main body of the refrigeration device and a first hinged portion connected to the first door. A second hinge member has a second connection portion fixed on the first door and a second hinged portion connected to the second door. The second hinge member includes a columnar portion that is hinged to the first hinged portion. One of the columnar portion and the first hinged portion has a first shaft hole, and the other one has a first hinge shaft that extends into the first shaft hole. The novel device prevents a door body of the refrigeration device from being damaged at a hinged position and the reliability of the refrigeration device is improved.

A refrigerator, in particular a domestic refrigerator, has a body and a closure element, which jointly delimit a storage chamber. A seal is provided, which is arranged between the body and the closure element and which is at least partly arranged in a seal receptacle. The seal receptacle has a passage section for bypassing the seal. Accordingly, the passage section has at least two passage channels.

A door for a domestic refrigeration appliance has a door inner panel and a door outer panel. The inner and outer panels are arranged on a single-piece, multiple-sided door frame. The door frame is open in the peripheral direction of the frame shape, and a separate recessed handle element is arranged in an open peripheral section of the door frame. A domestic refrigerator has a housing and a door pivotably disposed on the housing by way of hinges. At least one hinge has a door closing fitting part on the door side with a closing clip. A bearing element having a closing cam which is coupled to the locking clip in the closed state of the door is formed on the housing. The closing cam has a coupling projection formed, on a coupling contour which faces it in the state in which it is coupled to the locking clip, with a recess in which a projection end piece formed on the locking clip engages in the coupled state.

A domestic appliance includes a housing and an appliance component which is disposed on the housing, is separate from the housing and is movable relative to the housing. A handle which is disposed on the appliance component has a handle recess which can be gripped from above and which is delimited by a front wall of the handle and a slanted bottom wall of the handle.

A method for adjusting a position of a door on a housing of a household refrigeration appliance to change a placement of the door while located on the housing, includes separating a door leaf of the door from a front flange of the housing in a depth direction of the household refrigeration appliance by a gap in a closed state of the door. A tool is inserted into the gap and a readjustment element, which can be accessed through the gap, is readjusted by using the tool in such a way that the position of the door relative to the housing is changed in dependence on the readjustment of the readjustment element. A household refrigeration appliance is also provided.

A domestic cooling appliance has a housing and at least one receiving space for receiving food and first and second doors for closing the receiving space in the front. A first door is pivotally arranged at the housing a second door is pivotally arranged at the housing. The two doors are adjacent one another for closing the at least one receiving space at the front. The two doors are coupled to each other by a moving device, by which, upon operation of one of the two doors, automatically a concurrent movement of equal type of the other door is achieved.

A compressor arrangement comprises a mounting, an evaporation trough, which may be inserted in the mounting on a number of slide-in tracks up to a final position and a compressor, wherein the separation of the evaporation trough from the compressor is greater in the final position of each slide-in track than at least one other point on the slide-in track.

In order to provide a household appliance having a door (1) which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis formed by hinges arranged on both sides of the door (1), which is composed of a shell of an outer door panel (2) and an inner door panel, in which the door (1) is effectively safeguarded against twisting in a simple manner and without using large-volume constructional units, supporting elements are arranged at least in the lower corner regions of the door (1), said elements extending between the hinge and the inner wall of at least one door panel (2, 3).
