A device () for feeding working fluid to an assembly () requiring working fluid includes at least one fluid channel (-) extending from a surface () and at least one screw element () capable of being screwed from the surface () into the at least one fluid channel (-) for feeding working fluid into the fluid channel (-) or for closing the fluid channel (-), the at least one fluid channel (-) having a first section () directly adjacent to the surface () with a larger width, a second section () with a smaller width and, between the first section () and the second section (), having a first transition region () with an annular surface (), and the screw element () having at least one sealing surface () capable of being brought into sealing engagement with the annular surface (). The fluid channel (-) is deformable in the second section () by a pressure applied by the screw element () to the annular surface () in the sense of reducing the volume of the fluid channel in the second section ().

Working fluid feeding device

A linear roller bearing includes a guide carriage braced longitudinally movably on a guide rail in the axial direction thereof via roller bodies; the guide rail has one bottom face, one top face, and two side faces, which join the bottom face and the top face and on each of which side faces at least one track for roller bodies is located; the guide carriage has two leg parts and one crosspiece joining the two leg parts, so as to embrace the guide rail in essentially a U shape, and at least one roller body race is located in each of the leg parts; and furthermore a roller body race has a load-accepting track, a return track, and curved tracks that join the two tracks, and the load-accepting track of the guide carriage is formed by a raceplate that is parallel to the axial direction of the guide rail and that rests partially on the guide carriage and is braced in rocking fashion about an axis that is approximately perpendicular to the axial direction of the guide rail. The ratio of the thickness of the raceplate to the diameter of the roller body is in a range of from 0.8 to 1.2, and preferably in a range of from 0.8 to 1.1.

A linear device has an essentially rod-shaped functional unit and a functional unit that at least partially encompasses the rod-shaped functional unit and includes a main body and at least one end plate unit that rests with a contact surface against the main body in which a lubrication groove is provided, which is open toward the contact surface and extends at least partially in the circumference direction around the rod-shaped functional unit, and it is possible to fasten the end plate unit to the main body by only two fastening elements, and a region of the contact surface adjacent to the lubrication groove and encompassing this lubrication groove is raised in relation to the rest of the contact surface.

Linear device with improved leakage-preventing end-plate unit

A linear guide device has a guide rail, a guide carriage having a rolling element recirculating channel, at least one endless row of rolling elements circulating in the rolling element recirculating channel and guiding the guide carriage on and along the rail, wherein the rolling element recirculating channel includes a load-bearing channel section and turnaround channel sections which connect the load-bearing channel section and a return channel section with each other, wherein the guide carriage includes substantially in a longitudinal region in the load-bearing channel section and the return channel section, a carriage body, end piece units provided on axially opposed ends of the carriage body, intermediate piece units located between the carriage body and the endpiece units, a groove element provided in the return channel section, which encloses rolling elements located in the return channel section around at least a portion of their circumference, and wherein the groove element is integrally formed in at least one of the intermediate-piece units.

Linear guide device

In a linear guide arrangement ( ) with an elongated guide rail ( ) and a guide carriage ( ) that can travel thereon in the lengthwise direction (L) of the guide rail ( ), a surface of the guide rail ( ) facing the guide carriage ( ) is covered by a cover band ( ). A band securing element ( ) is placed in the vicinity of each of the two longitudinal ends ( ) of the guide rail ( ). The two band securing elements ( ) jointly secure the cover band ( ) at least with respect to its displacement in lengthwise direction (L) of the guide rail ( ), wherein each of the band securing elements ( ) at least impedes movement of the cover band ( ) relative to the guide rail ( ) directed towards the other band securing element ( ). At least one of the band securing elements ( ) can be non-positively engaged with the cover band ( ) as well as with the guide rail ( ).
