A drawn agricultural machine comprising a carrier frame for carrying processing members, the carrier frame supportable on the ground, at least during transport, by means of a wheel set comprising at least a wheel, a coupling frame for coupling the agricultural machineto the three-point suspension of a tractor, the coupling frame comprising two lower coupling points and an upper coupling point and the coupling frame being rotatable about a vertical axis of rotation relative to the carrier frame. The machine also comprises a drawing element for exerting a force on the coupling frame, wherein the coupling frame, the carrier frame and the drawing element are interconnected in such a manner that a downward force component is exerted on the lower coupling points when the drawing element exerts a force on the coupling frame.

Drawn agricultural machine

An agricultural device is couplable to a tractor vehicle with carrier arms. The agricultural device comprises a carrier frame with a set of wheels and a coupling device for coupling the agricultural implement to a tractor vehicle. The agricultural device further comprises a coupling frame having at least one coupling point for coupling of the coupling frame to both carrier arms of the tractor vehicle. The coupling frame is connected to the carrier frame so as to be rigid in rotation in the vertical plane, wherein at least one coupling point of the coupling frame is positioned on or above the center line of the carrier frame. Owing to the fact that the carrier arms extend horizontally or upwards, the carrier arms will not or will hardly get out of position as a result of the travelling of the vehicle.

Agricultural device

An agricultural machine, comprises a frame, two or more processing members, which are movably attached to the frame, and a drive device which is configured to drive the processing members. The drive device comprises a main drive shaft, two drive sections connected to the main drive shaft, which drive sections are each configured to drive one or more of the two or more processing members, wherein each drive section comprises a drive shaft. The drive device further comprises a protective device which enables a certain angular rotation between the two drive shafts in the case of an overload of one of the two drive shafts, and a coupling brake device which is configured to effect, at the angular rotation between the two drive shafts, a coupling between the other drive shaft and a part of the agricultural machine that is not co-rotatable with the two drive shafts.

An agricultural machine for crop processing, the agricultural machine being provided with a drawbar that is connectable to a pulling vehicle, at least one crop processing member that is pivotably fastened to the drawbar, and a hydraulic lift cylinder for pivoting the crop processing member upwards relative to the drawbar, one side of the lift cylinder being fastened to the crop processing member and its other side to the drawbar, the lift cylinder comprising a first cylinder housing connected to the crop processing member, a second cylinder housing connected to the drawbar and a common piston rod connecting the two cylinder housings and being slidably included therein, the active internal surface of the first cylinder housing being larger than the active internal surface of the second cylinder housing.

A haymaking machine comprising a frame and a rotatable processing member for crop processing. The processing member is connected with the frame and supported from the ground via a supporting device, which comprises at least one balance arm that is mounted on a substantially horizontal pivot axis and is provided with a wheel at each of its ends. During the crop processing, the wheels bear on the ground, the supporting device further being provided with an element for moving, for transport of the haymaking machine, the balance arm about its pivot axis to an oblique position in which the wheel at one of the ends of the balance arm is located at some distance from the ground. The balance arm comprises two balance arm portions that are movable relative to each other, each balance arm portion having a first end and a second end, the balance arm portions supporting the respective wheel at their first end and being interconnected at their second end.

Haymaking machine and a machine

A racking, pickup and windrowing implement for moving crop lying on the ground laterally which includes a first machine comprising rake wheels that rotate about substantially vertical axes and move the crop inwardly where it is picked up by a pick-up implement and conveyed to a displacing device which displaces the crop laterally and discharges it back on the ground in a windrow which is proximate the boundary of the strip being worked or, in one embodiment, the windrow is formed by discharging it laterally from the displacing device at a further distance away from the boundary of the strip being worked which is substantially equal to the width of the strip being worked. The displacing device comprises two endless members in series. Such endless members and the rake wheels are foldable upwardly so that the entire machine combination has a width suitable for transport. The pick-up implement can also be raised above the ground by a hydraulic piston and cylinder associated with the coupling device which connects the first machine to the pick-up implement.

A hay-making machine comprising motor-driven working members which rotate about upwardly orientated shafts. The working members are divided into three groups arranged in rows extending transversely to the direction of travel of the machine. A central group is at the rear of the machine and two outboard groups extend outwardly from a location forward of the central rear group in such a manner that the inner working member of each outboard group overlaps (as seen in the direction of travel) the outer working member of the central rear group. The machine includes a frame on which the three groups of working members are mounted. Each group includes four working members. The outer two working members of the outboard groups are foldable to a position over the two inner working members of each of these groups about horizontal axes. Then the outboard groups, as so folded, can be pivoted about vertical axes so that they are positioned along side the frame. The outer working members of the central rear group can be pivoted about horizontal axes extending in the direction of travel of the machine by ninety degrees whereby the machine, in its transport position, is less than about three meters in width compared to its working width of about twelve meters in width.
