The invention relates to a plant having at least one material roll preparation arrangement for bringing a material roll carrying a material web to be drawn in into a defined initial situation, and having at least one material web working/processing arrangement, in particular material web dispensing arrangement, in particular material web unrolling arrangement, in particular material web splicing arrangement, which material web working/processing arrangement is capable, owing to the defined initial situation of the material roll, of receiving the material roll in automated fashion and preferably receiving the material web in automated fashion and/or preparing the material web in automated fashion.

Material web drawing-in apparatus

The invention relates to a material web drawing-in apparatus for drawing in a material web. The material web drawing-in apparatus comprises at least one material web holding device for holding the material web to be drawn in, and at least one guide for guiding the at least one material web holding device from a material web drawing-in point to a material web transfer point, and also at least one drawing-in drive which is in connection with the at least one material web holding device and which serves for displacing the at least one material web holding device along the at least one guide upon drawing in the material web to be drawn in in the direction of the material web transfer point.

A corrugated board plant includes a corrugated board production assembly for producing a double-face laminated web of corrugated board, and at least one cutting assembly arranged downstream of the corrugated board production assembly, which has a cross-cutting device for producing sheets from the double-face web of corrugated board, and is capable of producing at least one identification sheet from the double-face laminated web of corrugated board, which is different from the sheets. The corrugated board plant further has a stack depositing area arranged downstream of the cutting assembly to stack the sheets and the at least one identification sheet in such a way as to form a stack, which is identifiable by means of the at least one identification sheet, in particular for further processing.

A device for cardboard storage and removal for a bridge in a corrugated cardboard production line includes a bridge over which a conveyor system for conveying the single-sided laminated corrugated cardboard web is arranged. The exit end of the conveyor system for conveying the single-sided laminated corrugated cardboard web is provided with a clamping and cutting unit and a movable cardboard storage carriage unit is provided under the conveyor system for conveying the single-sided laminated corrugated cardboard web, under which conveyor system a conveyor belt system is provided in the bridge, and in the bridge an opening is provided, under which a waste cardboard collecting carriage is provided. The movable cardboard storage carriage unit stores the cardboard by means of cardboard storage rolls, which retain the single-sided laminated corrugated cardboard web flat on the bridge. In the event that a splicing defect is detected, the defective piece is cut out by the clamping and cutting unit and ejected by the conveyor belt system to the waste cardboard collecting carriage through the opening. Hence, it follows that productivity is improved.

The invention concerns a corrugating roll for producing a corrugated web, having a fluting, from a material web. The corrugating roll has a corrugating roll body, a central longitudinal axis, a peripheral direction about the central longitudinal axis and a surface fluting with at least one first corrugating tooth, which is arranged peripherally on the corrugating roll body, and at least one second corrugating tooth arranged peripherally on the corrugating roll body and which differs from the at least one first corrugating tooth for reducing corrugating roll operation-related vibrations.

The invention concerns a splicing facility for splicing material webs. The splicing facility comprises a first dispensing device for dispensing a finite first material web from a first material web roll, a second dispensing device for dispensing a finite second material web from a second material web roll, a third dispensing device for dispensing a third material web, a first splicing device for splicing together the finite first material web and the finite second material web to an endless material web and a second splicing device for splicing together the third material web and the finite first material web or the finite second material web to the endless material web. The first splicing device and the second splicing device are arranged at different heights.

A splice arrangement includes an unwinding arrangement for unwinding a finite first material web from a first material roll or a finite second material web from a second material roll, a braking arrangement for applying a braking force to the unwinding arrangement and/or the finite material web being unwound, a connection arrangement for connecting the finite material webs to form an endless material web, a storage trolley for the uninterrupted conveying of the endless material web, at least one material web tension-influencing device arranged before the storage trolley, and an actuation device, which is in signal connection with the at least one material web tension-influencing device for actuating the same.

Splice arrangement

The invention concerns a splice arrangement with a first and second unwinding unit for unwinding a finite first or second material web and a connection apparatus. The connection apparatus comprises a guide, a first preparation apparatus and a second preparation apparatus. The connection apparatus also has a first and second connection apparatus for connecting the finite material webs to form an endless material web and a table unit, displaceable along the guide, for cooperation with the preparation apparatus and the connection apparatus. The splice arrangement further comprises an actuation apparatus for actuating the connection apparatus as well as the table unit.

The invention relates to a splicer device comprising a first unwinding device to unwind a non-endless first material web and a second unwinding device to unwind a non-endless second material web as well as a joining device for joining together the non-endless material webs to form an endless material web. The splicer device further has a storage carriage, which comprises at least one deflection roller to deflect the endless material web and is displaceable between two end positions to form or loosen material web loops of the endless material web. The at least one deflection roller has a respective central longitudinal axis and is tiltable between two tilt end positions to influence a running direction of the endless material web. The splicer device further has an information processing unit to cause tilting of the at least one deflection roller depending on positional information regarding the endless material web and/or another endless material web to be joined thereto.

The invention relates to corrugated-board machine with a print-web printing line, which comprises a print-web unrolling device for the unrolling of a print-web and a printing device for printing the print-web. Furthermore, the corrugated-board machine has a corrugated-board manufacturing line with a cover-web unrolling device for the unrolling of a cover-web, a material-web unrolling device for the unrolling of a material-web to be corrugated, a device for manufacturing a corrugated-board web laminated on one side from the cover-web and the material-web, a lamination-web unrolling device for the unrolling of a lamination-web and a gluing unit for applying glue to the corrugated-board web laminated on one side. The corrugated-board machine further comprises a print-web transfer arrangement for transferring the print-web to the corrugated-board manufacturing line and for the use of the same as a lamination-web.

A machine for producing corrugated paper has a machine frame, a fluted roller and a glue application roller, which can be placed against the fluted roller and between the surface of which and the fluting the paper web to be provided with a corrugation and to be partially glued can be guided through. Provided between the fluted roller and the glue application roller and to the side of the fluting is at least one spacer, which maintains a safety gap with a gap width d between the surface of the glue application roller and the fluting, the gap width d being smaller than the smallest thickness of the paper web.

The sheet braking device comprises at least one holder, at least one sheet guide unit arranged adjacent to the at least one holder, and at least one sheet braking unit which is held by the at least one holder, is arranged adjacent to the at least one sheet guide unit, comprises at least one sheet braking body which has a first braking region to exert a braking force on the sheet to be braked, and comprises at least one second sheet braking body which has a second braking region to exert a braking force on the sheet to be braked. The at least one sheet braking unit is configured in such a way that in order to reduce the speed of the sheet, the first braking region and the second braking region are spaced from each other in the transport direction when acting upon the sheet to be braked.

A corrugated board system comprises a first and a second material supply device for a first or second material web, a corrugated board production device, and a web tension measuring regulating arrangement between the corrugated board production device and the first material supply device. The arrangement comprises a web tension measuring regulating device with a web tension measuring mechanism and a first web tension regulating mechanism, and at least a second web tension regulating mechanism. The web tension measuring regulating device is arranged between the second web tension regulating mechanism and the corrugated board production device. The arrangement furthermore has an information processing unit, which receives web tension information from the web tension measuring mechanism and is configured so that to change the web tension up to a first web tension limit value, it sends web tension regulating signals to the first web tension regulating mechanism and to change the web tension beyond the first web tension limit value, it sends web tension regulating signals to the second web tension regulating mechanism.
