An electronic system includes a casing including a first bearing surface, a first busbar attached to the casing and including a first connection end having a first connection surface, and an electronic unit having a second bearing surface and including a second busbar having a second connection end having a second connection surface. The second bearing surface is intended to slide on the first bearing surface when the electronic unit is inserted into the casing. One from among the first bearing surface and the second bearing surface includes a ramp that is inclined relative to the insertion direction for deforming the second busbar so as to bring the second connection surface closer to the first connection surface when the electronic unit is inserted into the casing. An electrical assembly may include such an electronic system and a rotary electric machine.

Electronic system and electrical assembly

An electronic assembly for a rotary electric machine for a motor vehicle is disclosed. The electronic assembly includes electronic component blocks having different thermal dissipation needs, the blocks including a power block and a control block. The assembly also includes a device for cooling the blocks and having a protective cover suitable for covering the power and control blocks. The protective cover includes a first set of openings configured to be positioned opposite a first cooling element coupled to the power block, and opposite the control block, the first cooling element being a first dissipator provided with a base plate, the base plate protruding with respect to the power block to create a first radial flow of cooling air (F) for the power block and a second radial flow of cooling air (F) for the control block.

Electronic assembly for a rotary electric machine for a motor vehicle

The present invention concerns a protective cover () designed to cover power, filtering and control modules of an electronic assembly for a rotating electric machine for a motor vehicle. Said protective cover () is characterised in that it comprises:&#x2014;openings () designed to generate different cooling air streams (F, F, F, F) for heat dissipation requirements of each of the power, control and filtering modules;&#x2014;the openings of the protective cover () being distributed into: a first set of openings () designed to be positioned facing the fins of a first heat sink coupled to the power module; a second set of openings () designed to be positioned facing the control module; the two sets of openings () being separated by a barrier wall () so as to create a first radial cooling air stream (F) for said power module and a second radial cooling air stream (F) for said control module; and a third set of openings () designed to be positioned facing the fins of a second heat sink coupled to condensers of the filtering module so as to create a third radial cooling air stream (F) for said filtering module.

The present invention relates to an electronic assembly () for a rotary electric machine () for a motor vehicle. Said electronic assembly is characterized by comprising: blocks () of electronic components, the blocks having different heat dissipation needs, the blocks being: a power block (), a filter block (), a control block (), and a device (') for cooling said blocks (); said cooling device (&#x2032;) comprising: a protective cover () suitable for covering the power, filter and control blocks (), said protective cover comprising openings () suitable for generating cooling air flows which differ according to the heat dissipation needs of each of the power (), control () and filter () blocks; and cooling elements () coupled with said protective cover ().

The device () for assembling capacitors () is intended for an electronic converter with a plurality of arms provided with transistors. The module includes internal absorption elements for absorbing electrolytes, and gasses thereof, that may have separated from a storage cell within the module owing to overvoltages. The module may further include external indicator(s) for indicating that such separated electrolytes are contained within the module case. It is possible to protect a user of the power storage module who wants to open the case of this module, in the event that the power storage cell has released electrolyte in gaseous and/or liquid form into the interior of the case.
