The present specification discloses a fax machine with routines for generating more than one cover sheet for a single fax job, where the cover sheets are different. The cover sheets are generated by providing a display which includes a first recipient input area for identifying a first recipient and a second recipient input area for identifying a second recipient and a first comment input area for inputting a first comment associated with the first recipient and a second comment input area for inputting a second comment associated with the second recipient.

Multi-recipient facsimile communications

A printing apparatus includes non-transparent doors and/or drawers on a body of the printing apparatus. The non-transparent doors and drawers allow access to internal areas of the body of the printing apparatus. A processor is within the body of the printing apparatus, and the processor controls actions of the printing apparatus. Also, at least one internal graphic user interface display is within the body of the printing apparatus. The internal graphic user interface display is operatively connected to the processor, and the internal graphic user interface display is positioned to be observable only when the non-transparent doors and drawers are open.

Printing device having internal graphic user interface display

A printing system and apparatus assembly that incorporates a transparent platen for supporting and scanning a first image therethrough. The transparent platen includes a translucent display layer having an array of light devices that comprise organic light emitting diodes. A user interface of the system is coupled to the transparent platen with a processor. Based on input and/or data provided at the user interface, an image is displayed through the platen with the display layer.
