The invention relates to a battery unit (), particularly for a hybrid and/or electric motor vehicle, comprising a plurality of cells that are physically and/or electrically regrouped into a plurality of modules, a housing receiving and surrounding said cells, and means for regulating the temperature of said cells by circulation of a heat-transfer fluid. Said battery unit () is characterised in that the housing is made of a plastic material and consists of a lower tray (), with a bottom and side walls, and an upper cover (), which are peripherally assembled, and in that at least the tray () comprises means () for distribution/collection and circulation of the heat-transfer fluid, said means being structurally built into the body of said tray (), by being formed at least partially as one piece therewith.

Battery unit with temperature-regulating means built into the housing

The invention relates to a modular assembly for the circulation of a heat transfer fluid of a motor vehicle battery housed in a casing () with a floor having channels receiving said fluid, characterised in that the casing () comprises: —a module () for inlet and outlet of said fluid via a base module (), the latter comprising channels facing and sealingly abutting the ends of the channels of said floor, said base modules () being attached on the floor, —a plurality of base modules () distributed along each of the two faces of the floor and facing with a sealing abutment on the ends of the channels of the floor, and —a plurality of bridges () fluidically connecting two adjacent base modules () and two base modules () situated on the opposite side of the casing () so as to form a serpentine-shaped circuit.

Modular assembly for the circulation of a heat transfer fluid in a motor vehicle battery

The invention relates to a battery unit () essentially comprising a plurality of cells, a housing () receiving and surrounding said cells, and means () for regulating the temperature of said cells by circulation of a heat-transfer fluid. Said battery unit () is characterised in that the housing () comprises, at least in a bottom region on which the cells are arranged, at least one, preferentially several, heat exchange zones for heat exchange between said cells and the heat-transfer fluid, said at least one zone being built into the structure of said housing (), preferentially in the wall thereof.

The present invention relates to a battery unit () essentially comprising a plurality of cells, a housing () which accommodates and surrounds the cells, and means () for adjusting the temperature of the cells by means of the circulation of heat transfer fluid. The subject matter of the present invention is a variable-delivery pump device comprising a pump body (), an impeller () and a shut-off element () capable of translational movement and adjustably covering at least part of the outer periphery of the impeller (), as well as a cam element () which is rotationally driven and engages with said shut-off element () for effecting the translational movement thereof. The pump device () is characterized in that the shut-off element () and the cam element () have cylindrical walls (') and are arranged concentrically around the housing () that accepts the shaft () of the impeller (), and in that the rotary cam element () is situated on the inside of the sliding shut-off element () and, on the external face of its wall, has at least one helical guideway () on which there runs at least one corresponding follower element () secured to the internal face of the wall (&#x2032;) of the shut-off element ().
