The present invention relates to a conductive polymer material of poly(thio- or seleno-)phene type containing at least two distinct species of counteranion, including a first species which is an anionic form of sulphuric acid, and a second species of counteranion selected from triflate, triflimidate, tosylate, mesylate, perchlorate and hexafluorophosphate. The invention also relates to a process for preparing such a material and the use thereof as conductive film. The invention also targets a substrate coated at least partly by a film of a material as defined above, a device comprising a material as defined above as conductive material, and also the use thereof in the organic electronics, organic thermoelectricity, organic photovoltaic and organic photodetector fields.

Conductive polymer of poly(thio- or seleno-)phene type

The invention relates to a display screen and its manufacturing process. The display screen of the invention comprises: a substrate made of a plastic; at least one transparent heating element; and at least one thermochromic compound, and is characterized in that the at least one transparent heating element comprises at least one optionally functionalized metal nanowire. The invention in particular has applications in the electronics industry.

Display screen and its manufacturing process

The invention relates to a process for improving the electrical and optical performance of a transparent electrically conductive material having silver nanowires. The invention also relates to a process for manufacturing a film made of a transparent electrically conductive material, such as a transparent electrode, a transparent heating film, or a film for electromagnetic shielding. The process of the invention includes the following steps: a) a step of bringing silver nanowires into contact with an acid solution, this solution having a pH lower than 7, preferably lower than 3; and b) a step of eliminating the acid. The field of application of the invention is in particular the field of optoelectronics.

Process for improving the electrical and optical performance of a transparent electrically conductive material based on silver nanowires

The invention relates to a method for functionalizing a conductive or semiconductor material (M) by covalent grafting of receptor molecules (R) to its surface, said method comprising the following steps: (i) applying, across the terminals of a source electrode and a drain electrode located on either side of the material (M), sufficient potential difference to thermally activate the material (M) with respect to the grafting reaction of the molecules (R); and (ii) placing the material (M) thus activated in contact with a liquid or gaseous medium containing receptor molecules (R), thereby obtaining a material (M) functionalized by covalently grafted receptor molecules (R).

The apparatus of the invention is of the type comprising an electrical device comprising two electrodes and a substrate comprising at least one surface made of an organic or inorganic semiconductor material, the electrodes being in electrical contact with said organic or inorganic semiconductor material, and a device for measuring the variation in the conduction current between the two electrodes, and wherein at least one compound which complexes mercuric ions Hg, selected from a dithia-dioxa-monoaza crown ether compound, an N,N-di(hydroxyethyl)amine, an N,N-di(carboxyethyl)amine, and mixtures of two at least of these compounds, is bonded to said semiconductor material or to an electrode of said electrical device. The invention finds application in the field of the detection of mercuric ions, in particular.
