An annular ring having a contact portion, a raceway and a squirrel-type cage secured to the contact portion. The contact portion is formed from a first metal material, and the squirrel cage is formed from a second composite-type material including a matrix in which reinforcing fibres are embedded, the pierced portion of the squirrel cage being attached to an outer surface of the contact portion. Also, a bearing assembly with rolling elements having an outer ring, an inner ring coaxial with the outer ring, and a plurality of rolling elements housed between the raceway of the contact portion of the outer ring and a raceway of the inner ring.

A mechanical assembly including a shaft, a mechanical device providing, a bearing mounted on the shaft and including at least one ring that is able to move in rotation about the shaft, a lubrication system having a channel to allow lubricant fluid to flow, formed at the interface between the shaft and the bearing, distribution ducts for lubricant fluid, formed in the bearing and fluidically connected to the channel. The channel provides at least one constriction to create a loss of head of the lubricant fluid flowing in the channel.

Mechanical assembly and mechanical device

A mechanical device, comprising: a bearing including a fixed ring and a pivoting ring centered on a central axis and including an interface defined therebetween; and an interface lubrication system. An acceleration field pushes the stream of lubricant from a bearing first zone to a bearing second zone, each defining an angular sector around the central axis. The lubrication system comprises a set of peripheral channels passing through the fixed ring and including first channels positioned in the first zone and defining a first intake flow rate for bringing lubricant to the interface and second channels positioned in the second zone and defining a second intake flow rate bringing lubricant to the interface. The first flow rate is higher than the second flow rate. The interface receives a larger quantity of lubricant in the first zone than in the second zone. The mechanical device can be integrated into a machine.

A mechanical bearing having an outer ring and an inner ring, centered on a same bearing axis, the outer ring being arranged radially around the inner ring, and a cage, arranged coaxially between the inner ring and the outer ring and housing cylindrical rollers, with this cage being formed by several disjointed tubular portion which, in the assembled state of the bearing, are separated from each other by a non-zero gap. The cage is formed by at least three disjointed tubular portions that do not cooperate mechanically with each other in assembled state of the bearing.
