A system and method for detecting an intrusion or a bug in a vehicle data transmission system. A hardware-software complex (HSC) is used to find a bug or intrusion device in a vehicle electronic system. The HSC is connected to CAN-buses in the vehicle and also scans radio waves, which can be used to transmit data to a bug. This complex is a self-teaching CAN-system used to monitor and block harmful commands in the vehicle. Each vehicle (of each model, type and settings) has its own reference bus data (parameters), which is used to detect added modules and malicious data sent over the vehicle's CAN bus.

Method for protecting vehicle data transmission system from intrusions

A system and method for detecting changes in security level of mobile networks. The system can be used with any mobile devices having a network module or a Wi-Fi module, such as mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, navigation systems, monitoring devices, etc. The system processes data sent and received by the mobile devices and detects connections to unauthorized base stations (UBSs). The exemplary system can also control mobile device battery charge, capacity of connection components, reading of accelerometers, etc.

The security module includes a combination of some or all of the following features: control of third-party applications, validation of the SMS sender's number, protection against fake contact name of the SMS sender, collection of data about fraudulent and spam SMS messages, robust sending of SOS SMSs and SOS e-mails with geographic coordinates of the mobile device, verification of validity of the base station, deletion of user data from a mobile device remotely, locking of a phone until the password is entered and filtering calls and SMS messages.

A protection system for an automate process control system (APCS) includes a plurality of programmable anti-intrusion (PAI) modules. The PAI modules are places throughout the APCS used for: analyzing a system for presence of un-authorized devices or un-authorized connections; detection of undocumented (i.e., not declared) devices and suspicious commands from connected devices; filtering various types of activities (i.e., wrong packets, unidentified activities, certain types of commands etc.); analyzing different network layers for un-authorized data transmissions; and maintaining device behavior (heuristic) logs.
