The present invention relates to a nut () having a nut body () and a cap () held on the nut body (), wherein there is/are provided on the outer surface of the nut body () an encircling recess () or recesses () encircling in sections, in which an encircling prominence () provided on the inner surface of the cap () or respectively prominences () encircling in sections engage.

The invention relates to a device () which is used to produce a screw connection between a first component () and at least one additional component (), by means of a fixing screw () or a fixing groove () and a corresponding fixing element (). Said device () comprises a rotationally mounted tool (), wherein the fixing screw () and/or the fixing groove () is maintained in a manner that prevents it from rotating and in an axially fixed manner and wherein the head () of the fixing screw () and/or the fixing groove () is maintained at a distance (S) in relation to the first component () as long as both components () are joined together. According to the invention, at least one energy accumulator () is provided between the tool () and the first component (). At least the joining force and the maximum and the total desired clamping force of the prepared screw connection can be predetermined by means of the at least one energy accumulator (). The invention also relates to a fixing groove () for the inventive device and/or the inventive method.

Device and method for making a screwed connection between a first component and at least one further component

A fastening element () having a bracket () and a receiving fixture () for a nut body (), the bracket () having at least one bearing surface () for the receiving fixture () and at least one holding element () reaching over the receiving fixture (), and the receiving fixture () being held by the bracket () with play. The fastening element () serves as a cage nut for connecting structural parts.

The present invention relates to a nut () having a nut body () with a widened collar () and a rotary disc () which is fitted in a rotatable and captive manner on the nut body, the rotary disc being pushed onto the nut body () and retained in a captive manner by an arresting means. According to the invention, it is provided that the arresting means is designed as at least two segment-like beads (') provided on the nut body (), such that the rotary disc () is fitted between the widened collar () and the segment-like beads (&#x2032;). The invention also relates to a method of producing such a nut, in the case of which the nut body () and the rotary disc () are produced by massive forming and, before or after the rotary disc () has been pushed on, the segment-like beads (&#x2032;) are pressed into the nut body () by upsetting, or that, during production of the nut body (), the segment-like beads (&#x2032;) are integrally formed in the nut body, with the result that the rotary disc () is positioned between the widened collar () and the segment-like beads (&#x2032;).

Nut and method for the production thereof

The present invention relates to a fastening means () consisting of a fastening element () and a washer (), the washer () being held on the fastening element () in a rotatable and captive manner. Furthermore, the subject matter of the invention is such a fastening element () which has at one end a bearing surface () for a washer () held on the fastening element () in a rotatable and captive manner and has an encircling undercut () at the end facing its bearing surface (). Finally, the subject matter of the invention is a washer () having a contact surface () for the bearing surface () of a fastening element (), at least two axially extending retaining tabs () being formed on the contact surface (). The retaining tabs () engage in the undercut ().
