A control module for a vehicle with at least one electric motor and a transmission is provided. The control module has a housing for accommodating a transmission control electronics, a converter electronics for controlling an electric motor, and a cooling body. The housing includes a housing upper part and a housing lower part. The cooling body is arranged between the housing upper part and the housing lower part in such a way that the cooling body forms a part of the housing, that the housing lower part and the cooling body form a media-tight first cavity for accommodating the converter electronics. The converter electronics is thermally conductively connected to the cooling body, and the housing upper part and the cooling body form a media-tight second cavity for accommodating the transmission control electronics. The transmission control electronics is thermally conductively connected to the cooling body.

Compact control module for a vehicle with at least one electric motor and a transmission

A control unit for use in the engine compartment or in the transmission of a motor vehicle. The control unit has a line section for an engine or transmission fluid, a circuit carrier, and a base plate. The base body is mounted on the base plate. The circuit carrier is arranged between the base body and the base plate. The base body has a plurality of parallel channels each having a respective outlet. At least one of the plurality of parallel channels forms a portion of the line section. A separate cover is mounted on the base body, the cover having a single inlet coupled to the plurality of parallel channels. The cover is, other than only the inlet, connected to the base body in a fluid-tight manner, and the inlet is the only fluid passage through the cover.

A sensor assembly includes a metal carrier plate () and a sensor housing () made of plastic, that contains at least one sensor element. The sensor housing () is connected to the carrier plate () by at least one screw () that extends through a through hole () of the carrier plate and is screwed into a screwing channel () defined in the plastic housing material of the sensor housing. As a result, the sensor assembly has a secure screwed connection.

A flexible printed circuit board, in particular for the spatial connection of electronic components, includes a carrier foil (), several bonding surfaces () arranged on a solder side () of the carrier foil (), and several soldering surfaces () arranged on a bonding side () of the carrier foil () opposite the solder side. The soldering surfaces () are connected to the bonding surfaces () via electrical strip conductors, and a stiffening plate () is inseparably connected to the carrier foil () on the solder side thereof.

A sensor arrangement has a sensor element. A contact element is in electrical contact on the one hand with the sensor element and on the other with contact pins. The contact element is insert moulded with a plastic body. Affixing positions to which the contact element has been affixed, and on which the contact element is exposed respectively have one collar made of plastic material which runs around the exposed areas of the contact element. A sensor arrangement results for which the cost of manufacture is lower than that of the prior art, while the same security against unwanted electrostatic discharging or against the formation of an unwanted short circuit remains.

Insert molded electrical contact

An arrangement of an electronic component in a plastic housing, including a cover and a lower part, and to a method for fixing the electronic component in the housing. The cover is connected to the lower part and exerts a pre-defined force (F) on the electronic component. The cover is designed such that the influence of the height tolerance (dh) of the electronic component on the force (F) can be compensated to the effect that, once the cover has been mounted, the force (F) applied to the lower part is in a pre-defined force range (B).

Housing comprising an electronic component

For a motor vehicle control device, a housing lid and a base plate form a hollow area that contains an interconnect device arranged on the inner side of the housing lid. The housing lid has at least one opening surrounding the interconnect device, adjacent to an electronic component and/or an electrical contact area on the interconnect device. On or in the opening, a flexible foil conductor strip is arranged with an end section thereof covering the opening. A lid plate covers the opening completely, and the interposed foil conductor strip is thus connected in an oil-tight manner with the housing lid. Electrical connection lines between the components and/or the contact areas on the interconnect device and an electrical contact area on the end section of the foil conductor strip create the electrical connection between the control electronics on the interconnect device and the surrounding area outside of the control device.

Control device for a motor vehicle

An electronic device () has a base plate () and an electronics housing () connected thereto, with a bonding contact terminal (). The latter is supported relative to the base plate () via a supporting body () in such a manner that the supporting body () exerts a pre-stressing force onto the bonding contact terminal (). Due to this support of the bonding contact terminal (), its position is well defined during the bonding procedure. A secure bond is the result.
