An arrangement for electrical lines is set forth which is mounted in a steering column switching module and/or in a steering wheel mounted on the module, equipped with its ends electrically conductively connected to one of the electrical components, which is fixedly mounted in the steering wheel switching module or in the steering wheel mounted thereon. At least two of the lines are connected with their other free ends to electrical contacts, which are arranged in at least one coupling body of insulation material in such a way that they are accessible on the plug-in side thereof. The coupling body is accessible from the outside connected with a plug-in side on or in the steering column switching module of the motor vehicle and, in the assembly position, an electrical line leading to the coupling body is connected through an electrical line leading to the onboard network.

Arrangement for electrical lines mounted in a motor vehicle

An apparatus for signal and/or current transmission between terminals which can move in relation to one another and which are fitted, on the one hand, on a fixed stator and, on the other hand, on a rotor of a cassette that can rotate about a common axis with the stator. At least one flat ribbon cable, which is equipped with electrical conductors, runs in turns and forms a wound body (W), is arranged within the cassette between the terminals, the ends of the flat ribbon cable being connected to contact parts () for the purpose of connecting ongoing cables. In order to accommodate the complete wound body (W) for its protection during transport and/or during storage, a pot-like cover () is provided which engages around said wound body and is fitted detachably to an essentially disc-shaped carrier ().

Apparatus for signal and/or current transmission between terminals

A device for transmitting current between two terminals of a cassette (K) between which at least one ribbon cable is arranged that extends in turns. The cassette includes a fixed stator and a rotatable rotor between which the ribbon cable is positioned. One of the two terminals is movable relative to the other. The ribbon cable at its ends is located in the area of the terminals. It is brought out of the cassette at the terminals for the connection of continuing cables ( ). At least two plate-shaped contact carriers ( ) are mounted to the outside of the stator of the cassette. The conductors of the ribbon cable on the one hand and the conductors of a continuing cable on the other hand can be connected to the contact carriers. The contact carriers are connected with one another by elastic snap-in elements to form a unit.

Device for transmitting current between two terminals

A device for transmitting current between two terminals of a cassette (K) between which at least one ribbon cable is arranged that extends in turns. The cassette includes a fixed stator and a rotatable rotor between which the ribbon cable is positioned. One of the two terminals is movable relative to the other. The ribbon cable at its ends is located in the area of the terminals. It is brought out of the cassette at the terminals for the connection of continuing cables (17). At least two plate-shaped contact carriers (18,19) are mounted to the outside of the stator of the cassette. The conductors of the ribbon cable on the one hand and the conductors of a continuing cable on the other hand can be connected to the contact carriers. The contact carriers are connected with one another by elastic snap-in elements to form a unit.

A device for signal transmission between two terminals, having at least one cable ( ) accommodated in an essentially circular cartridge (K) and positioned between the terminals. At least one of the two terminals is movable relative to the other. The cartridge (K) comprises a rotor ( ) rotatable around its axis (A) and a fixed stator ( ), which together delimit an acceptance space ( ) serving to accept the cable ( ). To allow the utilization of cables ( ) of varying widths, a compensation body ( ) with variable axial height is applied to at least one of the surfaces of the rotor ( ) or stator ( ) bordering the acceptor space ( ). For a constant axial height (H) of the acceptor space ( ) of the cartridge (K) and a variable axial height of the cable ( ), the axial height of the compensation body ( ) is dimensioned in such a way that the free space remaining between the cable ( ) and the rotor ( ) and/or stator ( ) of the cartridge (K) in the axial direction is essentially filled by the compensation body ( ).
