The invention relates to an optical arrangement and a method for correcting centration errors and/or angle errors in a beam path. The beam path here comprises an optical compensated system in which at least two optical elements are present and aligned relative to one another such that imaging aberrations of the optical elements are compensated. According to the invention, a correction unit is arranged in an infinity space of the beam path and between the at least two optical elements, wherein the correction unit changes the propagation direction of radiation propagating along the beam path and the correction unit either has a reflective surface or is embodied to be transmissive for the radiation. The correction unit is movable such that the angle of a change in the propagation direction can be set.

Optical arrangement and method for correcting centration errors and/or angle errors

A device for forming an immersion film between a front lens of a microscope objective and a preparation on an inverted microscope. The device includes a protection device for preventing fluid leakage from the immersion film region, and an apparatus for supplying the immersion fluid (auto-immersion) to the immersion film region. The protection device is arranged statically in the main part of the microscope stand and the means for supplying immersion fluid to the immersion film region is connected to the protection device by means of an Aquastop system.

Device for forming an immersion film

A system for microscopic applications, including a rotating structural element that acts as a beam splitter and has reflecting and transmitting structures, and which is disposed in an intermediate image plane of the beam path conjugated with the object field, and by which the structure is imaged onto an object in the object plane. The fluorescent light reflected by the object, or caused by the illumination, strikes the structural element as well as an image processing module. The beam reflected and transmitted by the structural element is guided through the image processing module. The structural element is set at an angle to the vertical of the beam path. An optical adapter, which tilts the microscopic intermediate image onto the plane of the structural element acting as beam splitter, is disposed at the interface between the microscope and the image processing module.

Illuminating device

An illuminating system for transmitted-light microscopes has a illuminator unit seated on a bracket. A condenser is mounted on the bracket by way of a condenser holder and is rotatable with respect to the bracket. The condenser has an integrated modulator slider that slidably extends through the condenser. The bracket has an upright portion with a window through which the modulator slider may be fed in the direction facing away from the operator. the bracket may be provided with a stand mount.

Arrangement for adjusting illumination devices in transmitted-light microscopes

A device for sterilizing a sample chamber in an automated live cell microscope, having a sample holding frame contained in a housing of the microscope. The device includes a UVC sterilizing unit that emits an ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 280 nm to 100 nm (UVC radiation). The UVC sterilizing unit is arranged so that it is able to travel through the sample chamber for sterilization purposes.
