A rolling bearing apparatus includes a rolling bearing, a seal, first and second machine elements and a bypass apparatus. The rolling bearing includes a concentrically arranged first bearing ring and second bearing ring, and rolling elements arranged radially between the first bearing ring and the second bearing ring. The seal is arranged radially between the first bearing ring and the second bearing ring, and the second bearing ring is installed in the first machine element. The bypass apparatus forms an electrical connection between the first machine element and the second machine element. The bypass apparatus includes an electrically conductive bypass line and a holder connected to the electrically conductive bypass line in an electrically conductive manner. The holder is fastened to the second bearing ring radially between the second bearing ring and the first machine element.

A grounding apparatus for an electrical drive assembly configured for conducting an electrical charge and/or voltage from a rotor of an electric motor via a shaft as a first grounding partner to a second grounding partner. The grounding apparatus has: a supporting body device with a connecting section for electrical and mechanical connection to one of the grounding partners, and a supporting section; a contacting device having a contacting section for electrical connection to the other of the grounding partners, the contacting device having an attachment section and being connected to the supporting section of the supporting body device via the attachment section. The grounding apparatus bridges an annular gap between one grounding partner and the other, and the grounding apparatus has at least one opening which forms or helps to form an air passage in the annular gap in an axial direction.

A rolling bearing for rotatably supporting a shaft has an inner ring with a first raceway for a rolling body, an outer ring with a second raceway for a rolling body, and rolling bodies which are arranged between the raceways of the bearing rings. At least two plates are fastened to a first of the bearing rings, wherein an electrically conducting element is arranged between the two plates, which electrically conducting element lies against the respective other bearing ring or a component which is connected to the respective other bearing ring.

A bearing comprises: an inner ring; an outer ring rotatable relative to the inner ring; and an inductive sensor for detecting a measured variable corresponding to a rotation of the outer ring relative to the inner ring. The sensor comprises a stator torque-proof connected to one of the inner ring and the outer ring, and a rotor torque-proof connected to the other of the inner ring and the outer ring.
