An electric machine has a plurality of phases. A winding is associated with each phase. An interconnection arrangement includes an annular carrier element with a plurality of axial cutouts, each for passage of a portion of a winding and a plurality of concentrically arranged, hollow-cylindrical switching rings. Each switching ring is adapted to contact a winding. The carrier element and the switching rings are adapted to radially positively engage one inside the other in an axial contact zone.

A stator of an electric machine has an annular stator lamination stack at which stator coils with coil ends are arranged by winding bodies and are interconnected with an interconnection device that has a plurality of connection conductors arranged coaxially to one another and which are electrically insulated from one another by insulating layers. The connection conductors have coil connection regions for the coil ends and power connection regions for supplying power to the electric machine (). The connection conductors are annular disks and are arranged in an axially staggered manner at the stator. Each connection conductor has at least one fastening portion for fastening to the stator and a winding body has at least one connection area. The fastening portions of the connection conductors are arranged to overlap one another, and the connection conductors are fastened along with them to the connection area of the winding body.

A stator of an electric machine for a hybrid vehicle or electric vehicle includes: a substantially cylinder-jacket-shaped, axially extending stator carrier. The stator carrier is configured to carry a lamination stack having a plurality of stator teeth substantially annularly arranged and has a radially inwardly extending shoulder edge configured so as to axially support the lamination stack. At least one cutout is formed at the shoulder edge of the stator carrier.

An electric machine has a stator which carries a polyphase coil winding, wherein coil ends are connected in a predetermined manner to a plurality of electric connection conductors. The electric machine comprises a power connection unit having a plurality of terminal conductors which are constructed separate from the connection conductors and which by a first end portion are bondingly connected or connectable to the connection conductors and by a second end portion are connected or connectable to the electrical energy source. The power connection unit is constructed as a plastic composite element, in which the terminal conductors are embedded at least over a portion of their length in a plastic shell so as to be spaced apart from one another, and wherein first end portions of the terminal conductors project out of the plastic shell.

A stator for an electric machine includes an annular stator yoke at which a plurality of radially projecting stator teeth carrying coils with coil terminals is circumferentially arranged. Annular connection conductors are arranged concentrically at a carrier member adjacent to the coils so as to be electrically insulated relative to one another and are connected to the coil terminals in a predetermined manner in the connection area of the carrier member. The coil terminals emerge axially from the coils and apertures corresponding to the coil terminals are formed in a wall area of the carrier member. The coil terminals extend axially through these apertures into the connection area of the carrier member, wherein the wall area of the carrier member radially overlaps an exit area where the coil terminals emerge from the coils.

A rotor and an electrical machine for a motor vehicle drivetrain. The rotor includes a rotor carrier with a radial supporting area, an axial supporting area, which extends axially with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotor and which is connected to the radial supporting area and has an inner or an outer first circumferential surface, and a rotor component which conducts magnetic flux and is arranged at the circumferential surface of the axial supporting area. To achieve a rotationally locking connection between the rotor carrier and the rotor component conducting magnetic flux, it is proposed to form the axial supporting area with a positive engagement profile which extends in axial direction of the rotor for receiving, in a positive engagement, the rotor component conducting magnetic flux.
